1. HOW TO CONNECT TO THE CEREBRUM
PLATFORM
When you registered online, you received a login and a chosen password. To access the platform,
you will have to use both. We suggest that following the reading of this document, you test your
login, and make sure that everything works well!

2. HOW TO ACCESS A CONFERENCE
Be sure to log in when the conference of your choice begins. Attempting to log in too early will
not allow you to access a waiting room.

3. ZOOM

3.1 GETTING STARTED WITH ZOOM, THE VIDEOCONFERENCING
PLATFORM
With the use of technological tools, the first step is to get used to your videoconferencing
environment.
3.1.1 Chat Button : this button allows you to chat in writing. You will be able to use it to ask
questions to the speaker or exchange with other participants.

3.1.2 Reactions button: it allows participants to indicate their reactions by clapping (both
hands), congratulations (thumb) and others (heart, joy, open mouth or tadam!). These icons will
then appear in the display space of each participant and will be visible to all. They will disappear
after a few seconds.

3.1.3 Quit button : it allows you to disconnect

4. ZOOM ETIQUETTE
Here are some etiquette tips and best practices for ZOOM participants. We hope they help you
get the most out of your experience!
