L'HÔTEL
Situé entre mer et salines dans le golfe de Porto-Vecchio, l’hôtel bénéficie de vues
exceptionnelles sur la mer, les salines et la vieille ville.
L’emplacement stratégique de l’hôtel sur le port de Porto-Vecchio permet un accès facile et
rapide aux restaurants et boutiques de la vieille cité génoise.
Les plages de Santa-Giulia, Palombaggia et Saint-Cyprien se trouvent à 15mn de l’hôtel.
Un grand parking privatif et gratuit est à votre disposition avec de nombreuses places à
l’avant et à l’arrière de l’hôtel. Il accueille vos voitures électriques et est équipé de bornes de
recharge. L’usage des borne de recharge est gratuit et exclusivement réservé aux résidents de
l’hôtel.
ÉQUIPEMENTS & PRESTATIONS
Le bâtiment principal abrite 45 chambres Standard (dont 3 PMR), 14 chambres Confort,
et 3 Suites.
La salle de petit-déjeuner est ouverte sur le terrasse de la piscine et le jardin méditerranéen.
L’hôtel offre également un espace bien–être disposant d'un hammam et d'une tisanerie .

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE
Les prix sont indiqués par personne, taxes et service compris.
Les menus sont pour 15 personnes minimum, 50 personnes maximum.
Un choix de Menu unique et commun à l’ensemble des convives devra nous être
communiqué jusqu’à 14 jours avant l’arrivée, aucun choix sur place ne pourra être
envisagé.
Certains produits peuvent manquer, nous les remplacerons par un équivalent.
Pour les personnes végétariennes ou avec d’autres habitudes alimentaires, nous vous
prions de nous en informer lors de votre réservation définitive.
La consommation de bouteilles apportées par le client sera soumise à un droit de
bouchon de 15 €/bouteille.
Les boissons incluses dans les forfaits seront servies uniquement pendant les repas.
L’accueil en soirée se fait à partir de 19h00 et jusqu’à 21h00.
Pour le déjeuner nous servons à partir de midi et jusqu’à 14h30.
Merci de nous en informer si cela ne correspond pas à vos contraintes,
afin que nous puissions vous proposer la prestation la plus adaptée.
Une assiette de fromages Corse peut être ajoutée aux menus avec un
supplément de 5 € par personne.
Toute commande formulée par les participants hors menu/boisson retenu, sera
à régler sur place par le porteur de commande sauf contre ordre de votre part.
Pour toute réservation, 30% d'acompte seront demandés à la confirmation,
non remboursable en cas d'annulation.
Le solde de la facture devra être réglé 1 mois avant l'arrivée.
En cas d'annulation jusqu'à 14 jours avant l'arrivée, 10% du nombre total des repas
initialement confirmées peuvent être annulés sans frais.
Toute annulation supplémentaire sera facturée à 50%.
Pour les ajustements à moins de 14 jours avant l'arrivée toute annulation
sera facturée à 100%.

THE HOTEL
Situated between the sea and the salt-marshes in the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, the hotel
benefits from the exceptional views of the sea, the saltflats and the old town.
The strategic location of the hotel on the port of Porto-Vecchio allows easy and quick access
to the restaurants and shops ofthe old Genoese town.
The beaches of Santa-Giulia, Palombaggia and Saint-Cyprien are located 15 minutes from the
hotel.
A large, private and free parking lot is at your disposal with lots of parking spaces at the front
and the back of the hotel. Your electric cars are welcome, since it is equipped with charging
stations. The use of the charging stations is free and reserved exclusively for hotel guests.

Prices are indicated per person, taxes and service included.
The menus are for 15 people minimum, 50 people maximum.
A choice of unique menu common to all guests must be communicated to us up to 14
days before arrival, no choice on site can be considered.
Some products may be missing, we will replace them with an equivalent.
For vegetarians or people with other dietary habits, please let us know when making your
final reservation.
The consumption of bottles brought by the customer will be subject to a corkage fee of
€15/bottle.
The drinks included in the packages will be served only during meals.
The evening reception is from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
For lunch we serve from noon until 2:30 p.m.
Please let us know if this does not meet your requirements.

A plate of Corsican cheeses can be added to the menus with a
supplement of €5 per person.
Any order made by participants outside the menu/drink selected will be
to be paid on site by the order carrier, except against your order.
For any reservation, 30% deposit will be requested upon confirmation,
non refundable in case of cancellation.
The balance of the invoice must be paid 1 month before arrival.
If canceled up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the total number of meals initially
confirmed may be canceled free of charge.
Any additional cancellations will be charged at 50%.
For adjustments less than 14 days before arrival any cancellation
