Introduction
• This report summarizes our accomplishment when it comes to reducing the
amount of waste generated yearly and also the rational use of resources in
Fiesta Beach Hotel Djerba. Nevertheless, it shows our most hearted
contributions in assuring the welfare of our employees and how we interact
with our local community. This in the main purpose of achieving a sustainable
tourism.
• Ce rapport résume nos réalisations en matière de réduction de la quantité
de déchets générés chaque année ainsi que l'utilisation rationnelle des
ressources dans Fiesta Beach Hôtel Djerba. Néanmoins, il montre nos
contributions à assurer le bien-être de nos employés et la façon dont nous
interagissons avec notre communauté locale. Ce dans le but principal
d’aboutir à un tourisme durable.

Fête du personnel
● The management of Fiesta Beach organized on 31.04.2015, an afternoon
reserved for employees to celebrate employee appreciation day. In fact, during
this event the hotel management in the presence of the union's representative
expressed his gratitude to his staff, being aware of the human resources
Importance in sustainable tourism. Indeed, many gifts were offered to a
selection of employees.
● La direction de l'hôtel Fiesta Beach a organisé, le 31/04/2015, un après midi
réservé aux employés pour célébrer la fête du personnel. En effet, lors de cette
fête la direction de l'hôtel en présence du représentant du syndicat a tenu à
exprimer sa reconnaissance envers son personnel, étant consciente du rôle de
la ressource humaine dans le tourisme durable. D'ailleurs, pleins de cadeaux
ont été offerts à une sélection d'employés.Communauté locale 2015-2016 local community 2015-2016
Safeguard of Djerba Island association
Association de sauvegarde de l’ile de Djerba
● An initiative was launched by the Fiesta Beach Djerba Hotel and consisted of the
installation of a glass box in the lobby for clients and staff use, eager to make contributions
for the benefit of environment. Wednesday, July 20, 2016 was the date chosen to collect
donations, and to do so, the hotel management had contacted the safeguard of Djerba
island association to be part of this event. A total amount of 868.500 TND was given to Mr.
Imed BEN YAHIATEN, general secretary and Mr Romdhane NAJJAR, the treasurer of the
association mentioned above, to promote environmental initiatives of the association in
Djerba.
● Une initiative a été lancée par l'Hôtel Fiesta Beach Djerba et a consisté en l'installation
d'une caisse vitrée dans le hall de l'hôtel à l'usage des clients et du personnel désireux
d'apporter leurs contributions au profit de l'environnement. Mercredi 20 juillet 2016 était
la date choisie pour vider la caisse, et à cet effet, la direction de l'hôtel a pris contact avec
l’association de sauvegarde de l’ile de Djerba pour être de la partie. Une somme de
868.500 TND été remise à Mr. Imed BEN YAHIATEN, secrétaire général et Mr Romdhane
NAJJAR, trésorier de l‘association sus mentionnée ; pour promouvoir les initiatives
environnementales de l’association à Djerba.Scout de Djerba

● The Hotel Fiesta Beach opened its doors, on the 29/10/2016, to the Scouts of Djerba on
the occasion of their reunion and their strategic planning for 2017. Indeed, a warm
welcome was devoted to them during their stay in our honorable establishment .
● L’hôtel Fiesta Beach a ouvert ses portes, le 29/10/2016, aux scouts de Djerba à l’occasion
de leur retrouvaille et leur planification stratégique pour l’année 2017. En effet, un accueil
chaleureux leur a été consacré pendant les moments passés au sein de notre honorable
