Welcome to Chaux-Neuve
Dear ski friends!
It’s with great pleasure that Nordic Evénements invites you to the final
Competitions of the OPA Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Cup 2016/2017,
which will take place in Chaux-Neuve, on 11th and 12th March 2017.
We kindly ask you to confirm upon reception of this invitation if you
intend to participate or not so that we have an idea of the number of nations
attending and plan accommodation and competition facilities accordingly.

2. the remarks of the inspection-report are must be observed and fulfilled for the validity of certification.
3. for the standards for the construction of jumping hills (lCR/IWO) the owner is responsible during the training and competition
4. area "8" (between table and mats) must be covered in winter with minimum 35cm snow, alternative soft damp mats
5. guardrails after "U" must be fixed in one line to the guardrails before "U"
6. temporary guardrail-soloutions must be installed to guarantie guardrails surrounding the outrun
6.1 outrun-safty-guardrail : must be installed temporary during competitions.
6.2 outrun-safty-net: must be installed temporary during training.

Certificate of Jumping Hill HS60 The certificat is currently under approval. The number of the certificate will be 393/FRA 13.
Accommodation Accommodation is booked through the Organizing Committee. In order to meet your accommodation requirements, the OC invites you to send your booking requests as soon as possible and by 22th February at the latest. Entries Entries deadline: 3rd March 2017 T Please send intention of participation as soon as possible after reception of this invitation so that the OC can plan the facilities accordingly. T According to ICR. Art. 215, entries must be made with the FIS official entry form only. All entered athletes must have valid FIS Codes. Insurance Liability
The Organizer will have liability insurance according to ICR art 212.1. – 212.2.
All participating athletes must have a valid accident insurance according to
ICR art. 212.4. All athletes compete at risk of their National Ski Association.
The Organizer does not take any other responsibilities than described above.
