JTM Seminar “Best practices in interactive teaching and learning”
12th- 13th September 2018
NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE ORGANISER / NOM ET ADRESSE DE L’ORGANISATEUR:

For this seminar, the logistic organisation foresees a “Conference package”: The Academy of Justice is provided of a
campus where participants are accommodated and may have meals. More in detail, the “Conference package”
includes: 2 nights’ accommodation (11-12 September), 2 breakfasts (12-13 September), 1 lunch (12 September), 3
coffee breaks (12-13 September). Dinner(s) is/are not included since, on September 12th, it will be proposed to the
participants festive dinner organised outside the Academy premises. Additional meals can be arranged upon
request and according to the length of the staying. Please inform the EJTN Secretariat accordingly.
Please be informed that to book the conference package participants/experts are requested to contact the Judicial
Academy by 22/08/2018 at the following email address miainternational@obh.birosag.hu. Please provide your
arrival and departure dates & hours. Thank you

En vue de ce séminaire, l’organisation logistique prévoit le « Conférence package » : l’Académie Judiciaire se
compose d’un campus pour accueillir les participants /experts ainsi que des structures pour l’organisation des repas
(petit déjeuner, déjeuner). Plus en détail, le “Conférence package” inclut : hébergement pour deux nuits (les 11 et
12 septembre), 2 petit-déjeuners (12-13 septembre), 1 déjeuner (12 septembre), 3 pauses café (12-13 septembre).
Le(s) diner(s) n’est pas inclus comme le 12 septembre il sera proposé aux participants un diner festif hors de
l’Académie. Des repas additionnels peuvent être prévus sur demande et en considération de la durée du séjour. A
ces fins, vous été invités à informer le Secrétariat du REFJ.
Les participants/experts pour réserver leur conférence package sont demandés de bien vouloir effectuer leur
réservation selon les indications ci-reprises avant le 22/08/2018 à l’adresse email qui suit :

Please let EJTN know if you have any food limitation/intolerance (i.e. gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian, etc) not
later than August 24th .
Vous êtes demandé de bien vouloir communiquer au REFJ si vous avez des intolérances alimentaires telles que
gluten, lactose, ou vous êtes végétarien etc. avant le 24 aout.
A festive Dinner on September 12th / Diner festif le 12 septembre: a festive dinner
will be proposed at Kiskakukk (http://www.kiskakukk.hu/en/start_page). The
participants interested in attending the dinner will be kindly requested to pay
directly the restaurant / Un diner festif sera propose dans le restaurant Kiskakukk
(http://www.kiskakukk.hu/en/start_page ). Les participants qui sont intéressés à
participer, seront demandés de bien vouloir payer directement le restaurant.
Reservations will be made according to written confirmations of the participants
interested to attend : if you wish to take part, please send an email not later than

JUDICIAL ACADEMY PREMISES / LOCAUX DE L’ACADEMIE JUDICIAIRE
The building complex comprises of a conference hall, several training rooms, a library, a hotel, a restaurant
and an underground car park (free of charge).
• Room amenities: bathroom, air conditioning, TV, telephone, mini bar, wardrobe
• Bathroom amenities: bathroom with shower, towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer
• Other services: sauna and fitness room, iron (can be borrowed at the reception)
• Free WIFI connection is available in the whole building.
• Catering service and reception is provided normally on weekdays only as the Academy is not a
standard hotel facility.

Payment information / Info sur payements
In Hungary, most of the restaurants and bigger shops accept credit card, however, smaller shops
prefer payment in cash; for this reason, it is recommended to change money at arrival / En Hongrie,
la plupart des restaurants et magasins accepte cartes de crédit. Toutefois, magasins plus petits
demandent le payement en espèce. Pour cette raison, il est recommandé de changer l’argent à
l’avance.
