to attend the ELC/ELC 2020 FORUM
The ELC/ELC 2020 FORUM will take place remotely on 3 and 4 December
2020 through Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft Teams platform is available either online or through the application
and can be used on any Windows, Mac, iOS or Android device. There is no
need to download the application to participate; simply click on the link that
will be sent to you after registration.
How to register and join the Forum
Participation in the Forum is free of charge. To register, please send an e-mail
to celelc@unicatt.it before 30 November 2020 with the following subject:
"Forum Registration".
The Forum is organized in two parts:
3 December 14:00 - 17:00 - The opening session is scheduled at 14.00.
You can log in starting at 13:00 in order to complete the access procedure
before 13:45.
4 December 9:00 - 13:00 - The opening session is scheduled at 9:00.
You can log in starting at from 08:15 to complete the access procedure
by 08:45.
Please connect to the Forum with microphone and webcam disabled. Only
activate them if you would like to speak for questions or comments in the
discussion.
Should you have any problem in accessing the platform, please send an
email to celelc@unicatt.it.
A certificate of participation in the Forum will be issued to participants who
request it at the time of registration.
Connection through a PC using web mode
Click on the link received after registration, using Google Chrome or
EDGE (latest version).
When opening the web page, select the "Join on the Web" option (this
way, there is no need to install the programme).
Connecting from a mobile phone
Click on the link received after registration to download Microsoft Teams
application.
Download the application and, without entering the application, click on

Le FORUM CEL/ELC 2020 se déroulera à distance, via la plateforme
Microsoft Teams, le 3 et 4 décembre 2020.
La plateforme Microsoft Teams, disponible via le Web ou via l’application,
peut être utilisée sur n'importe quel appareil Windows, Mac, iOS ou Android.
Pour participer, il n’est pas nécessaire de télécharger l’application ; cliquez
simplement sur le lien qui vous sera envoyé après l'inscription.
Comment s’inscrire et participer au Forum
La participation au Forum est gratuite. Pour vous inscrire, veuillez envoyer un
courriel à celelc@unicatt.it avant le 30 novembre 2020 en mettant comme
objet « Inscription Forum ».
Le Forum est divisé en deux parties :
3 décembre 14h00 - 17h00 L’ouverture des travaux est prévue à 14h00.
La connexion peut être établie à partir de 13h00 afin de terminer la
procédure d’accès avant 13h45.
4 décembre 9h00 - 13h00 L’ouverture des travaux est prévue à 9h00.
La connexion peut être établie à partir de 8h15 afin de terminer la

Veuillez vous connecter au Forum avec microphone et webcam désactivés.
Ne les activez que si vous souhaitez intervenir dans la discussion pour
soumettre des questions ou des commentaires.

Les participants qui en feront la demande au moment de l'inscription
recevront un certificat de participation au Forum.
