Beste vrienden,
Het is een grote eer voor de Belgische Surfcasting Club vzw en mezelf u welkom te heten op onze viering om ons
30 jarig bestaan te vieren.
Onze vaste locatie is Canadastraat te Zwijndrecht. We beschikken hier over de nodige fasciliteiten. Het is inmiddels
al dik 30 jaar de thuisbasis voor onze club. Het levert de nodige ruimte gecombineerd met de noodzakelijke
veiligheid.
Het hotel Ibis Budget Antwerp Port is aangewezen als evenementhotel. Dit hotel is makkelijk bereikbaar van buiten
Antwerpen en is goed gelegen om het competitieterrein te bereiken, maar is ook ideaal om de Stad Antwerpen te
ontdekken. Het heeft een zeer goed prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding.
Antwerpen heeft veel te bieden. Bezoek de unieke en beroemde historische gebouwen en musea., maak een
wandeling langs de kaaien of ga winkelen in de verschillende shoppingcentra. Probeer (maar niet alle 300+)
Belgisch bieren wanneer je relax op een terras geniet.
Ik zou graag alle helpers die zowel voor als tijdens het evenement helpen willen bedanken voor hun inzet. Zonder
deze steun zouden we nooit zulks evenement kunnen organiseren.

Dear friends,
It is a big honor for our club and myself to host you on our celebration tournament , 30 year Belgian Surfcasting
Club.
Our location is Canadastraat – Zwijndrecht. We have the necessary faculties here. It has been the home base for
our club for 30 years now. It provides the necessary space combined with the necessary safety.
The Ibis Budget Antwerp Port hotel has been designated as an event hotel. This hotel is easily accessible from
outside Antwerp and is well situated to reach the competition area, but is also ideal to discover the City of
Antwerp. It has a very good price / quality ratio.
Antwerp has a lot to offer. Visit the unique and famous historic buildings and museums. Take a walk along the
quays or go shopping in the various shopping centers. Try (but not all 300+) Belgian beers when you relax on a
terrace.
I would like to thank all helpers who want to help both before and during the event for their dedication. Without
this support we would never be able to organize this event.

C'est un grand honneur pour le Belgian Surfcasting Club vzw et je voudrais vous souhaiter la bienvenue à notre
célébration pour célébrer notre 30ème anniversaire.
Notre site permanent est Canadastraat à Zwijndrecht. Nous avons les facultés nécessaires ici. C'est la base de notre
club depuis 30 ans maintenant. Il fournit l'espace nécessaire combiné avec la sécurité nécessaire.
L'hôtel Ibis Budget Antwerp Port a été désigné comme hôtel d'événements. Cet hôtel est facilement accessible
depuis l'extérieur d'Anvers et est bien situé pour rejoindre la zone de compétition, mais est également idéal pour
découvrir la ville d'Anvers. Il a un très bon rapport qualité / prix.
Anvers a beaucoup à offrir. Visitez les bâtiments historiques et les musées célèbres et uniques, promenez-vous le
long des quais ou faites du shopping dans les différents centres commerciaux. Essayez (mais pas tous les 300+) des
bières belges quand vous vous détendez sur une terrasse.
Je tiens à remercier tous les aidants qui veulent aider à la fois avant et pendant l'événement pour leur
dévouement. Sans ce soutien, nous ne pourrions jamais organiser cet événement.

       -       Cantina closing at 20h
Saturday :
       -       Breakfast from 7h to 8h (6€ a person)
       -       9h start tournament : group 1 : female + male – group 2 : youth + male
       -       Lunch : sandwich + drinks
       -       End tournament after 6 casts (around 17h30 )
       -       BBQ start 19h00
       -       Cantina closing at 23h00
Sunday :
       -       Breakfast from 7h to 8h (6€ a person)
       -       9h start tournament : group 1 : female + male – group 2 : youth + male
       -       Lunch : sandwich + drinks
       -       End tournament after 5 casts (around 16h30 a 17h00 )
       -       Pricing on field : 18h00
       -       Cantina closing at 21h00

           - Petit déjeuner de 7h à 8h (6 € par personne)
           - départ de Tournoi 9h: groupe 1: féminin + masculin - groupe 2: jeune + masculin
           - Déjeuner: sandwich + boissons
           - Fin du tournoi après 5 lancers (vers 16h30 à 17h00)
           - Prix sur le terrain: 18h00
           - Cantina fermant à 21h00
Ruleset :
       -       Main line 125gr-0.28mm-0.65mm ; 150gr-0.31mm-0.75mm
       -       Male competition : Saturday individuel competition ; Sunday mixed team event
       -       Female and Youth competition : best cast Saturday + bast cast Sunday = winner
       -       Female free choice of lead 100-125 or 150gr : main line 0.25-0.28-0.31mm ; leader 0.65mm
               for 100/125gr and 0.75mm for 150gr
           -   Youth competition/jeunes : 100gr maximum – main line 0.25mm ; leader minimum 0.60mm
           -   No training allowed during event / Trainer interdit pendant l’évènement
           -   After last caster : max. 1 minute waiting time before retrieving the lead.
           -   Apres dernier lanceur maximum 1 min temps d'attente avant récupérer le plomb commence
