Fanny Stefanelli commence la musique à l’âge de quatre
ans par l’étude du piano et du solfège. Elle débute le
violon à cinq ans grâce à la méthode Suzuki au
Conservatoire de Saint-Michel- surOrge dans la classe
d’Eliane Vavasseur, où elle restera jusqu’à l’âge de 11
ans. Elle participe à de nombreux concerts et auditions
en soliste, musique de chambre ou orchestre. Elle y
étudie également la contrebasse pendant un an. Tout en
appréciant différents instruments, elle se passionne pour
le violon, décide de s’y consacrer et obtient plusieurs
premiers prix dans différents concours, notamment
l’UFAM, le Léopold Bellan, le Lutèce...
Finaliste du Concours International des Jeunes
Interprètes de Waterloo à 11 ans,elle est admise cette
année-là dans la classe de Christophe Poiget au CNR
de Boulogne-Billancourt, où elle travaille également
régulièrement avec Agnès Reverdy. Elle y obtient son
Prix de Violon mention Très bien à l’âge de 16 ans et
continue ses études violonistiques dans la classe de
Perfectionnement d’Annick Roussin au CRR de Paris.
Parallèlement, elle obtient le Baccalauréat Musique avec
mention à 17 ans, après avoir suivi toute sa scolarité par
correspondance au CNED. Elle fait régulièrement des
remplacements de professorat de violon en
conservatoire et a eu l’occasion d’être jury d’examen de
fin de cycle.
En septembre 2009, Fanny intègre le CNSM de Paris
dans la classe d’Olivier Charlier, violoniste et pédagogue
réputé. Elle y obtient une licence de violon en juin 2012
et un master de Musique de Chambre avec le
SpiriTango Quartet en 2014.
Lors d’Académies Musicales, elle s’est enrichie au
contact d’excellents professeurs, notamment Ivry Gitlis,
Gérard Pasquier et Roland Daugareil. Fanny a joué avec
des orchestres prestigieux, tels que le Philharmonique
de Radio France sous la baguette de Myung-Whun
Chung et dans des salles renommées, comme le fameux
Teatro alla Scala de Milan, la Salle Pleyel de Paris, le
Tchaïkovski Hall de Moscou avec l’Orchestre du CNSM
de Paris, avec l’Orchestre national d’Île de France à la
Philharmonie de Paris...Âgée de 30 ans aujourd’hui, ses goûts musicaux
l’entraînent à s’intéresser à différents styles, dont la
musique baroque (avec Bach qu’elle apprécie
particulièrement), la musique contemporaine
(notamment avec Gilbert Amy dont elle interprète
l’Adagio lors d’un concert hommage), jusqu’à la
découverte d’une vraie passion pour le Tango argentin
traditionnel et aussi pour la musique d’Astor Piazzolla.
Violoniste du SpiriTango Quartet depuis 2010, Fanny
STEFANELLI s’est produite au Festival de la Roque
d’Anthéron, Festival Radio France à Montpellier, Festival
Passages à Metz, Opéras de Metz et Lille, Festival
Jeunes Talents à Paris, Sunset Sunside, Salle Cortot,
Salle Colonne, au Bal Blomet, mais aussi à l’étranger :
en Belgique, Suisse, Chine, Maroc, Russie... Aussi,
Fanny a joué en direct pour France Musique, FIP, Radio
Suisse Romande,...
2019 : Fanny a participé à l’enregistrement de l’album «
Chroma » de Matthieu STEFANELLI. 2018, 2015 et
2013 : Sortie de 3 albums avec le SpiriTango Quartet et
Vassilena SERAFIMOVA : « TrANsGressiOns », « Chin
Chin » et « Rage » chez les labels Paraty et Polymnie.
2014-2019 : Remplacements fréquents à l’ONDIF
(Orchestre National d’Ile de France) et à l’ONF
(Orchestre National de France).
2014 : Fanny a fait partie du Brazil Orchestra pour
l’enregistrement de l’album du Quatuor EBENE « Brazil
».
2013 : Fanny s’est produite aux côtés de Richard
GALLIANO.

Fanny Stefanelli started studying music at the age of 4
by taking private piano and theory of music lessons. She
also studied violin from 5 to 11 years old following the
Suzuki method at the Saint-Michel-sur-Orge
Conservatoire with Eliane Vavasseur. She took part in
many concerts and recitals as a soloist, in chamber
music ensembles and in orchestras. She also studied
double bass for a year.
Even though she liked several different instruments,
Fanny was passionate about the violin, so she decided
to focus on it and she obtained many first prizes in
different competitions, notably the UFAM, the Léopold
Bellan, the Lutèce…
At the age of 11, she reached the finals of the Wattrelos
International Young Performers Competition. She
studied with Christophe Poiget at the Boulogne-
Billancourt Conservatoire where she also worked
regularly with Agnès Reverdy. At the age of 16, she
received a Violin Prize with high honours (mention Très
bien) and studied further in the Advanced class with
Annick Roussin at the Paris Regional Conservatoire.
At the same time, at the age of 17, she passed a
Baccalauréat Musique (high school diploma) with music
as a special option, with honours, having studied all her
life by correspondance with CNED. She regularly
substituted for the violin teacher in the Conservatoire
and, from time to time, was part of the examining panel
for the end-of-cycle exams.
In September 2009, Fanny started studying at the Paris
National Conservatoire as a violin student of the
renowned Olivier Charlier. There she passed her
Bachelor’s degree in Violin in June 2012 and she passed
her Master’s degree in Chamber Music with the
SpiriTango Quartet in 2014.
She broadened her experience through international
master-classes given by such excellent professors as
Ivry Gitlis, Gérard Pasquier and Roland Daugareil.Fanny performed with prestigious orchestras, such as
the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra under the
direction of Myung-Whun Chung, and in renowned
concert halls, such as the famous Milan Teatro alla
Scala, the Paris Salle Pleyel and the Moscow
Tchaikovsky Hall with the Paris National Conservatoire
Orchestra, she also played with the Orchestre national
d’Île de France at the Philharmonie de Paris…
Now 28, she is interested in many different styles such
as baroque music (mainly Bach) or contemporary
classical music (mainly Gilbert Amy whose Adagio she
played). She recently discovered a passion for the
Argentine tango, particularly for Astor Piazzolla’s music,
which she has performed in concert with different tango
groups, mainly the SpiriTango Quartet. She regularly
plays with the Alfredo Gobbi School orchestra, a tango
orchestra based in the Paris area, and improved her
technique in August 2012 at the Tango Festival in
Tarbes, where she had the opportunity to play alongside
Ramiro Gallo.
She recorded two CDs with the SpiriTango Quartet with
the label Paraty / Harmonia Mundi.

Fanny incomincia la musica all'età di quattro anni con lo
studio del pianoforte e del solfeggio. Inizia la pratica del
violino a cinque anni grazie al metodo Suzuki al
Conservatorio di Saint-Michel-sur-Orge, nella classe di
Eliane Vavasseur dove resterà fino all'età di undici anni.
Partecipa a numerosi concerti e audizioni da solista in
musica da camera o con l'orchestra. Studia anche il
contrabbasso durante un anno.
Pur apprezzando diversi strumenti, lei si appassiona per
il violino al quale decide di dedicarsi e ottiene parecchi
premi in diversi concorsi, particolarmente l'UFAM, il
Leopold Bellan, il Lutèce...
Finalista al Concorso Internzionale dei Giovani Interpreti
di Wattrelos a undici anni, lei è ammessa quell'anno
nella classe di Christophe Poiget al CNR di Boulogne-
Billancourt dove studia anche regolarmente con Agnès
Reverdy. Vi ottiene il suo Premio di Violino con la
menzione Benissimo all'età di sedici anni e prosegue gli
studi violonistici nella classe di Perfezionamente di
Annick Roussin al CRR de Paris.
Parallelamente lei è promossa all'esame di maturità
opzione Musica con menzione a diciassette anni, dopo
aver proseguito i suoi studi per corrispondenza al CNED.
Lei fa regolarmente delle supplenze da professoressa di
violino nei conservatori e ha già partecipato a delle giurie
di esame di fine di ciclo.
In Settembre 2009 Fanny è ammessa al CNSM di Parigi
nella classe di Olivier Charlier, violinista e pedagogo
famoso. Vi ottiene una laurea di violino in giugno 2012.
Durante Accademie musicali si è arricchita a contatto
con ottimi professori quali Ivry Gitlis, Gérard Pasquier e
Roland Daugareil.
Fanny ha suonato con orchestre prestigiose quale
l'Orchestra Filarmonica di Radio-France sotto la bachetta
di Myung-Whun Chung e in sale famose quali il teatro
alla Scaladi Milano, la Sala Pleyel di Parigi, ilTchaïkovski Hall di Mosca con l'Orchestra del CNSM di
Parigi.
Adesso a ventidue anni, s'interessa di diversi stili fra cui
la musica barocca (con Bach che lei apprezza
particolarmente), la musica contemporanea
(specialmente con Gilbert Amy di cui interpreta l'Adagio
in occasione di un concerto omaggio), fino alla scoperta
di una vera passione per il Tango argentino tradizionale
ed anche per la musica di Astor Piazzolla. Lei ha
occasione di suonare in concerto con diversi gruppi fra i
quali lo SpiriTango Quartet, un quartetto violino-
fisarmonica- pianoforte- contrabbasso con Fanny
Azzuro, Thomas Chedal e Benoît Levesque.
In giugno 2012, ottiene il suo Diploma Nazionale
Superiore di Musicista ed anche il Premio di primo ciclo
di Musica da Camera con la menzione Benissimo
all'unanimità con le congratulazioni della giuria con lo
SpiriTango Quartet.
Ha firmato con l'agenzia Arts/Scène Diffusion e
DropArtist e ha appena registrato il suo primo Album «
Rage » con lo SpiriTango Quartet.

Fanny empieza la música a los 4 años y estudia el piano
y el solfeo. Comienza a tocar el violín a los 5 años
gracias al método Suzuki en el Conservatorio de Saint-
Michel-sur-Orge, en la clase de Eliane Vavasseur, donde
se quedará hasta los 11 años. Participa en varios
conciertos y audiciones de solista, música de cámara u
orquesta. Allí estudia también el contrabajo durante un
año.
Al apreciar diversos instrumentos, se apasiona por el
violín, decide dedicarse a él y obtiene varios primeros
premios en diferentes concursos, especialmente como el
UFAM (Unión Francesa de los Artistas Músicos, por sus
siglas en francés), el Léopold Balland, el Lutèce…

Intérpretes de Wattrelos a los 11 años, está admitida
aquel año en la clase de Christophe Poiget en el CNR
(Conservatorio Nacional de Región, por sus siglas en
francés) de Boulogne-Billancourt, donde trabaja también
de forma regular con Agnès Reverdy. Allí obtiene su
Premio de Violín con sobresaliente a los 16 años y sigue
sus estudios violinísticos en la clase de
Perfeccionamiento de Annick Roussin en el CRR
(Conservatorio de Proyección Regional, por sus siglas
en francés) de París.
En paralelo, obtiene el Bachillerato Música con nota a
los 17 años, después de haber cursado todos sus
estudios por correspondencia en el CNED (Centro
Nacional de Enseñanza a Distancia, por sus siglas en
francés). Con frecuencia reemplaza profesores de violín
en conservatorios y tuvo la ocasión de ser jurado de
examen de fin de ciclo.
En septiembre de 2009, Fanny integra el CNSM
(Conservatorio Nacional Superior de Música, por sus
siglas en francés) de París en la clase de Olivier
Charlier, famoso violinista y pedagogo. Allí, obtiene una
Licencia de violín en junio de 2012.Durante Academias Musicales, se enriquece con el
contacto de excelentes profesores, como Ivry Gitlis,
Gérard Pasquier y Roland Daugareil.
Fanny tocó con orquestas prestigiosas, como el
Filarmónico de Radio France dirigido por Myung-Whun
Chung y en salas de renombre, como el célebre Teatro
alla Scala de Milan, la Salle Pleyel de París, el
Tchaïkosvsky Hall de Moscú con la Orquesta del CNSM
de París…
Con 22 años hoy, sus gustos musicales la llevan a
interesarse por diferentes estilos, incluyendo la música
barroca (con Bach quien aprecia particularmente), la
música contemporánea (como con Gilbert Amy cuyo
Adagio interpreta durante un concierto de homenaje),
hasta el descubrimiento de una verdadera pasión por el
tango tradicional argentino y también por la música de
Astor Piazzolla. Tuvo la ocasión de tocar en conciertos
con diferentes grupos, incluyendo la Orquesta Escuela
Alfredo-Gobbi. En 2010, integra el Cuarteto SpiriTango,
un conjunto violín-acordeón-piano-contrabajo con Fanny
Azzuro, Thomas Chedal y Benoît Levesque.
