INTRODUCTION
1. At its first session, the Expert Meeting on Competition Law and Policy
recommended that the UNCTAD secretariat be requested to continue to publish as
a non-sessional document an updated version of the Directory of Competition
Authorities (agreed recommendation 2 (d) (iii) in annex I of the report of the
Expert Meeting on Competition Law and Policy on its first session
(TD/B/COM.2/3-TD/B/COM.2/EM/5)).
2. Accordingly, the present document contains a revised version of the
Directory of Competition Authorities, which could be used to facilitate
contacts between officials responsible for the control of restrictive business
practices in the performance of their duties.
3. Should national Competition Authorities wish to further update
information contained in this document, the UNCTAD secretariat would be
grateful if it could be provided with the full names, addresses, telephone and
fax numbers of these Authorities.
INTRODUCTION
1. A sa première session, la Réunion d'experts du droit et de la politique
de la concurrence a recommandé que le secrétariat de la CNUCED soit prié de
continuer de publier en tant que document hors session une version actualisée
du Répertoire des autorités chargées des questions de concurrence
(par. 2 d) iii) des recommandations concertées figurant à l'annexe I du
rapport de la Réunion d'experts sur sa première session
(TD/B/COM.2/3-TD/B/COM.2/EM/5)).
2. On trouvera donc dans le présent document une version révisée du
Répertoire des autorités chargées des questions de concurrence, qui pourra
servir à faciliter les contacts entre responsables du contrôle des pratiques
commerciales restrictives dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions.
3. Le secrétariat de la CNUCED serait reconnaissant aux autorités
nationales chargées des questions de concurrence qui souhaiteraient, le cas
échéant, mettre à jour l'information fournie dans le présent document de bien
vouloir lui communiquer leur dénomination exacte ainsi que leurs adresse et
