Product Return Policy
To return a product, contact your local customer service representative. In some countries, the order and lot number details
are required. Please have this information available to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This Return Authorization
Number must be referenced on the outside of the shipping carton. Returns without an appropriate Return Authorization
Number will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
