Andorre,

La Principauté d’Andorre, située aux confins de
l’Espagne et de la France, a été fondée par les Paréages
de 1278 et 1288, à la suite de deux sentences arbitrales
internationales rendues à l’époque. Son modèle politique
unique, une Principauté régie par deux Coprinces, a
traversé les siècles, au même titre que la neutralité de
la Principauté qu’elle s’est, de tous temps, attachée à
préserver.
Fort de cette tradition historique en héritage, le TAPA
est l’institution neutre par excellence et Andorre le siège
tout indiqué pour les parties à la recherche d’un lieu à la
croisée des chemins entre le monde francophone et le
monde hispanisant.
L’Andorre s’attache à promouvoir l’arbitrage et
