Since the 18th century, the Château de Malleret has been cultivating the equestrian tradition. This prestigious Bordeaux estate, named after the man King Louis XIV had chosen as squire, already represented the beginnings of the « Haute Ecole ». At the beginning of the 20th century, it became an internationally renowned Thoroughbred stud. And since 2013, Malleret reconnects with the same philosophy of Excellence of its beginnings thanks to its breeding of Dressage horses which is oriented towards the highest level with the deepest respect for the horse. Beyond the exceptional setting and the equipment of extreme sophistication, this unique domain in Europe is driven by passion. The quality of life, the well-being, the respect and the care lavished on horses, true high-level athletes, are our priorities. Haras de Malleret has created a brand image, ethics and gives itself the means to strive for Excellence. Depuis le 18e siècle, le château de Malleret cultive la tradition équestre. Ce prestigieux domaine bordelais, du nom de celui que Louis XIV avait choisi comme écuyer, représentait déjà les débuts de la Haute Ecole. Début du 20e siècle, il devint un haras de Pur Sang de renommée internationale. C’est en 2013 que Malleret renoue avec la même philosophie d‘Excellence de ses débuts grâce à son élevage de chevaux de Dressage qui s’oriente vers le plus haut niveau & dans le plus profond respect du cheval. Au-delà de l’écrin d’exception et des équipements haut de gamme, ce domaine unique en son genre a pour seul moteur, la passion. La qualité de vie, le bien-être et les soins prodigués aux chevaux, véritables athlètes de haut niveau, sont nos priorités. “Since I was a child, I have always been sensitive to the emotion and hopes generated by breeding, I have
always had an attraction for stallions, their nobility, elegance, power & combativeness. It is therefore with great
attention and several years of selection that the Malleret herd has been enriched with high quality stallions
with prestigious origins. The Malleret Stallion Show has been requested from us for several years by breeders
who know the reputation of Malleret’s horses: performance and golden character. Malleret’s reputation has

«Depuis ma plus tendre enfance, j’ai toujours été sensible à l’émotion et aux espoirs que génèrent l’élevage,
j’ai toujours eu une attirance pour les étalons, leur noblesse, élégance, puissance & combativité. C’est donc
avec beaucoup d’attention et plusieurs années de sélection que le cheptel de Malleret s’est étoffé d’étalons
de grande qualité aux origines prestigieuses. Le Malleret Stallion Show nous a été demandé depuis plusieurs
années par les éleveurs connaissant la réputation des chevaux de Malleret : performance et caractère d’or. La
réputation de Malleret s’est également construite, autour de notre philosophie de bien-être équin sous toutes
ses formes, nous sommes de plus en plus nombreux à nous allier à cette juste cause mêlant passion et éthique.
Ma sélection pour ce catalogue s’est bien entendu portée sur la conformation, les aptitudes sportives et les
critères génétiques de chaque cheval mais aussi et surtout par la qualité de leurs allures naturelles sans
sur-préparation et leur tempérament toujours facile, tourné vers le cavalier. C’est une nécessité absolue pour
le grand sport.
