Dear students,
Today, you are joining us at INSA Hauts-de-France and we are proud and happy to welcome you.
Coming years will probably be very important and decisive ones for your future. Your professional
success will be the outcome!
All the INSA HdF staff will be attentive to offer you the best conditions for your studies and
your personnal development.
Due to the pandemic evolution, this new academic year is still special for you, as well as for
the staff of our INSA, your INSA. We can physically welcome you again, meet us and share.
Of course, we will continue to respect "les gestes barrières": the sanitary protocoles, and we
will be very attentive to the evolution of the situation.
Together, let's project towards the future, advance and built.
Be sure that all the teams: pedagogical, administrative and professors will be ready at your

Your Numerical Workspace is your single entry point for all personal services and
informations.
You can find via internet, a global offer of services and numerical ressources,
available 24 hours a day :

Moodle
The On-line training platform used at INSA Hauts-de-France is Moodle. From
this platform based on your Workspace (ENT), every professor provides all the
pedagogic content useful for the on-line teaching.

- film selections from the cinema-club and a selection of fiction DVDs: auteur
cinema, classics, foreign cinema, dramatic comedies...
Multi-service Card
A single personalized card for all students of the Lille Academy.
You will receive this card after your INSA check-in and this service card :
- attests to your registration in INSA,
- allows to borrow the documentation and books in all the regional academic
libraries.
12- serves as a means of payment in all CROUS university restaurants and
cafeterias,
- gives acces to copiers,
- it is used as an control acces badge.
Only one card is provided each year.
Payment for the services offered by the university is made through the
payment system: IZLY. This account is searchable and rechargeable on
www.izly.fr and accessible 24/7, from any computer or smartphone (mobile
application to download on the Appstore, Google Play or Windows Phone
Store).

Accommodation:
The university residencies are managed by an independent body of the
University, the Centre Régional des Œuvres Universitaires et Scolaires
(CROUS).
It is also possible to book a room for short stays. ALL THE INFORMATION

2 university restaurants (RU): Mont Houy 1 and Mont Houy 2
and four cafeterias:
- RU Hall, Mont Houy 1 (close to Student Services House)

- RU Mont Houy 2 (near the Abel de Pujol 2 building)
Opening hours of university restaurants, Mont Houy campus: 11:15-
13:30.
Price of the meal: 3,30€ for a complete menu (composed of a dish and 3
peripherals: drink, appetizers and/ or desserts). Payment is made with
the multi-service card (to be reloaded on Izly).
Se soigner
The Health Centre offers general medical consultations to students,
without charge. You can be received Monday to Friday without an
appointment in the morning and by appointment in the afternoon.
University nurses provide:
- 1st emergency care
- prescription treatments (blood tests, injections, dressings, etc.)
- Preventive follow-up examinations for specific subjects: techniques,
STAPS and doctoral students;
- Support for students with disabilities;
14- Updating vaccinations - emergencies on campus;
- Delivery of the morning-after pill;
- Free first aid training (PSC1);
All students can benefit from:
- Health check-ups (for new students);
- Medical examinations for disabled persons;
- Counselling consultations;
- Dietary consultations;
- Gynecological consultations (Thursday afternoons);
- Tips for stress management;

The Health Center of Mont Houy is open Monday to Friday from 8am to
5pm.
Social workers can help you solve your material or psychological

Continuous Improvement.
A continuous improvement approach has existed for many years, illustrated by an
ISO 9001:2015 certification, confirmed in January 2021. For vocational training, a
process to obtain QUALIOPI certification is underway.
It aims for continuous improvement, and is deliberately turned towards the
human (Students any status, staff of any status, industrial partners, etc.)
The scope currently covers engineering training, but its extension to all training is
being implemented by 2022.
Internal evaluations
Each semester, students are asked to give an evaluation of all the lessons they
have received. Global analyses (respecting anonymity) are carried out, and any

COVID-19
We thank you for remaining vigilant in the face of the health crisis we have
been experiencing for some time. Respect for health rules is everyone’s
business.
We will inform you regularly of the rules and behaviours to follow according
to the evolution of the situation

Occupational Health and Safety is everyone’s business, even as a student.
Over the past few years, the University has taken a proactive approach to limit
risks within its institution:
- A risk assessment of each classroom and classroom is conducted annually
- Evacuation drills are conducted annually.

France, please inform one of the following promptly:
- the teacher teaching you
- The pedagogical secretariat;
- One of the INSA Hauts-de-France Prevention Assistants;
In addition, a Health and Safety register is at your disposal with the Prevention
Assistants to record a dangerous situation that you have observed. This request
will be sent to the Director and then to the Health, Safety and Working Conditions
Committee (CHSCT) of the University
