Leuven haar leven en werk in de kijker met een
tentoonstelling, congres en concert. De tentoonstelling in de
Maurits Sabbebibliotheek brengt een unieke selectie
handschriften, liedboeken en brieven van Hildegard bij
elkaar. Blikvanger is de Dendermonde Codex, een
handschrift met een bijzondere verzameling van teksten en
liederen, waaronder de Symphonia Harmoniae Caelestium
Revelationum.
Hildegard van Bingen schreef de Symphonia in het midden
van de twaalfde eeuw in het klooster van Rupertsberg, in
het Rijnland. Het handschrift bevat een zestigtal Fantoni, Anna Rita (ed). Women's voices: The world of

studies that illustrate how this could be seen as an
opportunity but also as a threat.

Brabantse ex-libris. Deze tentoonstellingscatalogus geeft
een scherp inzicht in een Noordbrabantse teleurstelling.
Toen een bestuurslid van de Bossche bibliotheek
suggereerde dat er eens aandacht besteed zou moeten
worden aan ex-librissen, begon men met een inventarisatie
van de eigen collectie. Na inspectie van meer dan 30.000
banden beantwoordde het resultaat "eigenlijk niet aan de
verwachtingen: afgezien van enkele interessante (oudere)
specimina bleek dit gedeelte van onze collectie nog geen
honderd echte exlibris op te leveren. Niettemin besloten wij
- zij het met een iets gewijzigde optiek en neit meer op
basis van het eigen bezit - door te gaan met de
voorbereiding van een ex-libristentoonstelling." Het
