Registration/Entries
Entries will be accepted in accordance with the FIS quotas and rules. All entries must be done using
the FIS Online Registration System, through the FIS Homepage : http://www.fis-ski.com/ « Member

Deadline for the Provisional Team Entries is: 04.02.2019 05.02.2019
Deadline for the Final Team Entries is: 06.03.2019 07.03.2019
§ La participation des différentes nations est soumise aux règles officielles FIS.
§ Tous les athlètes, officiels et membres des fédérations nationales participent sous leur propre
responsabilité. Le comité d’organisation n’est pas responsable d’éventuels dommages ou
blessures en relation avec les courses.
§ Important !
Les teams seront en partie logés dans des appartements. De ce fait, il est impératif pour
chaque team de respecter les délais d’inscription (nombre de personne et inscriptions
nominatives). En cas de non-respect des délais d’inscription, le CO ne garantit plus les
logements souhaités.
§ As these are the season Finals for the Snowboard Cross World Cup and the Audi FIS Ski Cross
World Cup there are only the top 16 ladies and top 32 men allowed to participate.
§ Eligible are all competitors mentioned by the National Association with a signed FIS athlete
declaration.
§ All athletes, officials and other representatives of National Associations participate at their own
risk. The organisers are not liable for any damage or injuries caused or sustained by athletes,
officials or any other persons in connection with the event.
Important!
The teams will partly be housed in apartments. For this reason it is imperatively for each
team to respect the registration deadlines. In case of non-respect of the deadlines, the OC
won’t guarantee the wished accommodation.

Participation Fee
According to the Snowboard World Cup Rules a mandatory Participation Fee of CHF 90.--per each
competitor, for training and competition days has to be paid to the organisation committee.
The participation fee has to be paid at the race office before the competition.

Chaque athlète et officiel doit être en possession d’un abonnement et / ou d’une accréditation.
Every competitor, coach and serviceman has to carry a skiing pass and / or accreditation with himself.
Logements Accommodation
Le bureau de course et des logements à l’Hôtel Chalet Royal est ouvert mardi de 10h à 22h.
Mercredi, jeudi, vendredi, de 9h00 à 11h00 et de 15h00 à 20h00.
Samedi, dimanche, de 08h00 à 11h00 et de 15h00 à 20h00
The race office and accommodation in the Hotel Chalet Royal is open Tuesday from 10.00 to 22.00.
Wednesday, Thursday, from 09.h00 to 11h00 and 15h00 to 20h00.
Saturday, Sunday, from 08h00 to 11h00 and 15h00 to 20h00.
Lodging and meals will be provided at hotels and apartments for the rate of CHF 80.--
Accommodation for CHF 80.-- are for the dates of the event only.(Tuesday 12.03 – Monday 18.03)
