                             Concours « Des Dons Qui Portent Fruit »
                                                2018-2019

1. Durée du concours
Le concours est tenu par Krōps imports Inc. (ci-après les « organisateurs ») et se déroule dans les IGA,
IGA Extra, Marché Tradition, Bonichoix,et Rachelle-Béry participants du Québec. Le concours se déroule
du 14 janvier 2019 à 00 h 00 min 01 s (HE) et se termine le 30 avril 2019, à 23 h 59 min 59 s (HE)
(ciaprès, la « période du concours »). Tous les bulletins de participation doivent être reçus à
23 h 59 min 59 s (HE) le 30 avril 2019 (« l’heure de clôture du concours »). Les bulletins de participation
soumis après l’heure de clôture du concours ne seront pas acceptés.

2. Admissibilité
2.1 Le Concours est ouvert à toute personne âgée de 18 ans ou plus au moment de sa participation et
qui réside dans la province de Québec., à l'exception (i) des employés de Krōps Imports Inc, Emballages
Marcan Inc., de IGA, IGA Extra, Marché Tradition, Bonichoix, Rachelle-Béry, des Canadiens de Montréal,
des groupes associés, sociétés affiliées, franchisées et successeurs ou mandataires des groupes
nommés précédemment ; et (ii) les personnes domiciliées avec les personnes nommées précédemment.

2.2 Aux fins du présent règlement, le participant est la personne dont le nom est indiqué dans le
formulaire d’inscription à l’infolettre.

2.3 Pour être déclarées gagnantes, les personnes sélectionnées devront répondre correctement à une
question réglementaire d’arithmétique, s’être conformées au présent règlement et avoir signé et retourné
à l’Organisateur un formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération de responsabilité (ci-après la « Formulaire
d’exonération »). Le non-respect des conditions énumérées au présent règlement pourra entraîner la
disqualification du participant.

2.4 Chaque participant doit se conformer aux critères d’admissibilité déterminés dans le présent
règlement depuis le moment de sa participation jusqu’à ce qu’il soit déclaré gagnant (le cas échéant).

3. Comment participer
3.1 À l’achat soit d’un emballage d’oranges (sans pépins, Cara Cara ou sanguines), orri, orri bio, kiwis,
kiwis, kiwis*, citron, ou d’un emballage d’autres fruits spécialement identifiés avec le logo des Canadiens
de Montréal et du programme Fondation des Canadiens pour l’enfance (ci-après, les «produits») le
consommateur trouvera sur l'emballage le code à barres spécialement identifié. Les produits
spécialement identifiés à la promotion sont disponibles du 14 janvier 2019 jusqu'au 30 avril 2019 ou
jusqu’à l’épuisement des stocks, selon la première des deux éventualités.

3.2 Pendant la période du concours, allez sur le site www.donsquiportentfruit.com (ci-après, le «site
Web»), vous serez invité à suivre les instructions à l’écran pour dûment remplir et soumettre le
formulaire d’inscription en ligne (ci-après, le «formulaire de participation») : vos coordonnées, le code à
barres trouvé sur les produits y compris la mention du magasin où vous avez acheté le produit (ci-après,
le «magasin») pour avoir la chance de gagner un des prix du concours (ci-après, les «prix»).

4. Aucun achat requis
Pour obtenir un code à barres gratuitement sans achat, vous devez nous envoyer par la poste à l’adresse
ci-dessous :

Une dissertation originale de 500 mots sur le thème « Pourquoi vous êtes un partisan des Canadiens? »
et répondre à la question d’admissibilité mathématique suivante:

                                        (50 x 4) ÷ 2 + 30 – 5 = ____

Vous devez inscrire votre nom complet, votre adresse postale complète, votre adresse électronique,
numéro de téléphone (y compris l’indicatif régional), âge et y insérer une enveloppe-réponse
préaffranchie.
Une seule demande peut être faite par la poste par enveloppe externe. Un code à barres vous sera
envoyé par la poste en réponse à chaque demande admissible reçue dans l’enveloppe-réponse
préaffranchie accompagnant chaque demande admissible reçue par la poste au plus tard le 30 avril
2019, l'oblitération postale en faisant foi, sous peine de nullité.

Dès que vous recevez le code, vous pouvez participer au concours en ligne sur le site Web avant l’heure
de clôture du concours, selon ce qui est décrit ci-dessus. Les participants doivent garantir que les
dissertations qu’ils envoient sont des textes originaux et ne violent pas les droits d’un tiers.

5. Limite
Une limite de cinq (5) codes à barres uniques par semaine est imposée à chaque personne, sans égard à
l’adresse électronique, au numéro de téléphone, à l’adresse postale ou à toute autre coordonnée fournie
sur le formulaire de participation. Selon les facteurs définis à l’article 6, le nombre de bulletins de
participation reçus pour ces codes pourra varier.

Les participations peuvent faire l’objet d’une vérification en tout temps. L’organisateur se réserve, à son
entière discrétion, le droit d’exiger d’un participant une preuve d’identité ou d’admissibilité sous la forme
requise par le commanditaire. Veuillez retenir les codes à barres utilisés pour participer au concours, car
ils pourront être exigés comme preuve d’admissibilité. En défaut de fournir une preuve d’identité ou
d’admissibilité au moment voulu et à la satisfaction du commanditaire peut entraîner la disqualification.

6. Chance de gagner
Les chances de gagner un prix lors de ce concours dépendent du nombre total de bulletins de
participation admissibles reçus à l’heure de clôture du concours.

 7.2. Il incombe à chaque gagnant de payer tous les montants et coûts en lien avec un prix, notamment
tous les impôts et toutes les taxes de vente, d’utilisation et autres (y compris l’obligation de les déclarer)
découlant de la remise d’un prix et qui ne sont pas assumés par le l’organisateur. Il incombe à chaque
gagnant de connaître et de respecter les taxes fédérales, provinciales, territoriales, locales et étrangères
pouvant s’appliquer à l’acceptation d’un prix.

TOTAL DES PRIX OFFERTS DANS CE CONCOURS EST DE 5325.00 $

8. Tirage
Le tirage sera effectué au bureau de l’agence responsable de la gestion du Concours situé à Montréal,
Québec pour chacun des prix offerts.

Le tirage au hasard des prix sera effectué le 9 mai 2019 à 10h00 (HE) parmi tous les bulletins de
participation admissibles reçus pendant la période du concours.

RÈGLEMENTS GÉNÉRAUX

9.      Pour être déclarée gagnante, toute personne dont le formulaire de participation sera tiré devra
être admissible au Concours, comme spécifié à l’article 2 du présent règlement et respecter les autres
conditions applicables du règlement. Pour être déclarée gagnante et réclamer son prix, la personne
sélectionnée au hasard devra :

•   Être rejointe par téléphone par les organisateurs du concours au numéro de téléphone indiqué
        sur le bulletin de participation. Les organisateurs du concours communiqueront par téléphone à
        partir du 9 mai 2019. Le gagnant devra accepter son prix avant midi, 16 mai 2019, sous peine de
        nullité. Si le gagnant n’est pas rejoint dans la limite du temps accordé par les organisateurs, un
        autre participant sera sélectionné parmi les bulletins de participation admissibles qui restent au
        hasard;

    •   Avoir obligatoirement rempli les sections du bulletin et répondu correctement à la question
        d’admissibilité mathématique inscrite sur le bulletin de participation;

    •   Signer le formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération de responsabilité avant de prendre
        possession de son prix;

    •   Être résident du Québec, âgé de 18 ans et plus.

Si la personne sélectionnée ne respecte pas une des conditions mentionnées ci-dessus ou toute
condition prévue au présent règlement, elle sera disqualifiée et un nouveau tirage sera effectué jusqu'à
ce qu’un gagnant soit déterminé.

10.      Les personnes gagnantes seront contactées par téléphone au numéro indiqué sur leur bulletin de
participation. Les prix seront envoyés aux gagnants par la poste.

11.     Le concours s'adresse aux résidents du Québec âgés de 18 ans et plus, à l'exception (i) des
employés de Krōps Imports, Emballages Marcan Inc., IGA, IGA Extra, Marché Tradition, Bonichoix,
Rachelle-Béry, des Canadiens de Montréal, des groupes associés, sociétés affiliées, franchisées et
successeurs ou mandataires des groupes nommés précédemment ; et (ii) les personnes domiciliées
avec les personnes nommées précédemment.

12.     Aucun des commanditaires et affiliés de Krōps imports, Emballages Marcan Inc., IGA, IGA Extra,
Marché Tradition, Bonichoix, Rachelle-Béry des Canadiens de Montréal (ci-après le « Groupe ») ne
pourra être tenu responsable de l’utilisation du prix attribué dans le cadre de ce concours et n’assume
aucune responsabilité à l’égard du prix ou événement qui découle du concours. Le gagnant sera tenu de
signer un formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération de responsabilité à cet effet.

13.       Les bulletins de participation seront sujets à vérification par les organisateurs du concours. Tout
bulletin de participation illisible, mutilé, remis à l’extérieur de la période du concours ou obtenu de source
non autorisée ne donnera pas droit à une participation. Toute demande de participation sans achat qui
ne respecte pas les critères établis au paragraphe 4 ne donnera pas droit à une participation. Toute
personne qui participe ou tente de participer au présent concours en utilisant un moyen contraire à
l’esprit de ce concours et de nature à être inéquitable envers les autres participants (ex. : piratage
informatique, obtention frauduleuse de bulletins, etc.) sera automatiquement disqualifiée et pourrait se
voir référée aux autorités judiciaires compétentes. La décision des organisateurs à cet effet est finale et
sans appel.

14.      La personne gagnante reconnaît que l’exécution des services liés au prix est l’entière et unique
responsabilité des fournisseurs de services. La personne gagnante devra signer une clause qui est à cet
effet incluse au formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération de responsabilité.

15.     Krōps Imports se réserve le droit, à son entière discrétion, de substituer un prix de même nature
ou de valeur équivalente ou la valeur en argent dans l'éventualité où le prix ou un élément de ce prix ne
serait pas disponible, et ce, pour quelque raison que ce soit. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, la
personne admissible à gagner un prix ne peut le transférer ou le substituer à un autre prix. Le prix doit
être accepté tel que décerné et ne peut être échangé contre de l'argent. Les prix ne peuvent être

transférés à une autre personne sans l’autorisation des Krōps Imports Inc. Les demandes doivent être
faites par écrit et devront respecter les conditions du règlement.

16.     Les organisateurs de ce concours se réservent le droit, à leur entière discrétion, d’annuler, de
terminer ou de suspendre le présent concours dans l’éventualité où il se manifeste un virus, un bogue
informatique, une intervention humaine non autorisée ou toute autre cause hors du contrôle des
organisateurs pouvant corrompre ou affecter l’administration, la sécurité, l’impartialité ou le déroulement
normal du concours, sous réserve de l’approbation de la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du
Québec.

17.     Ce concours est assujetti à toutes les lois et à tous les règlements fédéraux, provinciaux et
municipaux applicables. Les décisions des organisateurs du concours sont finales en ce qui a trait à tous
les aspects du concours.

18.     En participant au présent concours, le gagnant accepte que son nom, lieu de résidence, voix,
image, photographie et/ ou déclarations relatives au prix soient utilisés à des fins publicitaires, et ce,
sans contrepartie financière. Il s’engage à signer une clause à cet effet incluse au formulaire de
déclaration et d’exonération de responsabilité.

19.      Krōps Imports Inc. demeurent en tout temps propriétaires exclusifs de tous les bulletins de
participation du concours. Aucune correspondance ne sera entretenue avec les participants dans le
cadre du concours sauf avec les personnes sélectionnées pour les prix.

20.    Aux fins du présent concours, le participant est la personne dont le nom et le numéro de
téléphone ont été utilisés pour la participation. C’est à cette personne à qui sera remis le prix, le cas
échéant.

21.     Un différend quant à l’organisation ou à la conduite de cette promotion peut être soumis à la
Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux afin qu’il soit réglé. Un différend quant à la distribution des
prix peut être soumis à la Régie uniquement aux fins d’une intervention pour tenter de le régler.

22.    La liste des gagnants sera disponible sur le site de www.concoursquiportentfruit.com à partir du
23 mai 2018.

                          The “Donations that Bear Fruit” Contest 2018-2019

1. Contest Period
The “Donations that Bear Fruit” contest (hereinafter the “Contest”) is held by Krōps Imports Inc.
(hereafter the “Organizer”) and is offered at the following participating supermarkets: Supermarchés IGA,
Marché Tradition, Bonichoix, Rachelle-Béry in Québec. The contest commences at 12:00:01 AM EST on
January 14, 2019 and ends on April 30, 2019 at 11:59pm (hereinafter the “Contest period”). The contest
is held on the internet. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on April 30, 2019 (the "Contest
Closing Time"). All entries submitted after the Contest Closing Time will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Contest is open to Québec residents who have reached the age of majority (18 years) or older at
the time of contest entry, with the exception of the employees, representatives and agents of: (i) Krōps
Imports Inc., Supermarchés IGA, Marché Tradition, Bonichoix, Rachelle-Béry, the Montréal Canadiens, of
any partnered groups, affiliated organizations, franchises and successors, fulfillment agencies involved in
the development or execution of the Contest in any way, or representatives of the groups
aforementioned; and (ii) persons with whom those specified in are domiciled or immediately related. The
persons and entities specified in (i) and (ii) are referred to collectively herein as the "Contest Entities".

2.2 For these Rules and Regulations, the entrant is the person whose name appears on the electronics
entry form (the “Entry Form”).

2.3 To officially be declared a winner, each selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical
skill-testing question, comply with these present Rules and Regulations, and sign and return to the
Exoneration of Responsibility Form (hereinafter the “Exoneration Form”). Failure to comply with the
conditions listed in the present Rules and Regulations could disqualify the participant.

2.4 An entrant must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Rules from the time of entry until the
time he/she is confirmed a winner (if he/she becomes a winner).

2.5 Copy of rules and regulation is available at   www.concoursquiportentfruit.com.

3. How to Enter

3.1 With purchase of a package of oranges (seedless, cara cara, or blood), orris, kiwis, lemons, organic
products if available or other packages of specially identified with the Montréal Canadiens logo and the
Canadiens Children’s Foundation logo (“the Products”), the consumer will find the UPC code on the
wrapper of each package of any participating products. The items identified for this promotion can be
available from January 14, 2019 to April 30, 2019, or until depletion of stock, whichever occurs first.

3.2 During the Contest Period, go to www.concoursquiportentfruit.com (the "Website"), read the rules
and regulations, then complete the Entry Form". The participant must complete the entry form by
completely filling in their full name, address, telephone number, email, age, answer the mathematical skill
testing question located on the participation entry correctly, the UPC code found on any participating
Products, including identifying the store from which you purchased the Product (the "Store"), check the
box confirming that participant is age 18 or older and has read and agreed to the contest rules and
regulations. All form fields must be duly and correctly completed. Click “send” button to submit the entry
form for your chance to win one of the Contest Prizes (the "Prizes"). Participant will automatically have
one (1) entry for the prize draw.

4. No Purchase Necessary
4.1 Purchase of any Products is not required to enter the Contest and will not improve your chances of
winning. To obtain a free UPC code without purchase, you a required to answer a skill testing question
and submit an original and unique essay. Please send a request in a self-addressed postage-paid
envelope, including your full name, address, telephone number (with area code), age, email address,
answer the following mathematical skill testing question correctly:

Submit a unique and original essay of at least 500 words on the subject on "Why you are a Montréal
Canadiens fan?”

Only one request can be made by mail per external envelope. A UPC code will be sent in the self-
addressed postage-paid envelope included with each eligible request received by mail by no later than
April 30, 2019. Request must be postmarked. Mail request to the address below:

Once you have obtained a UPC code, you may enter the Contest online at the Website, as detailed
above, before the Contest Closing Time. All entrants warrant that all essays provided by them are original
to them and that they do not infringe the rights of any third parties.

5. Limit
A limit of five (5) unique barcodes per week is imposed on every person, regardless of the e-mail
address, telephone number, postal address or any other contact information provided on the form.
According to the factors set out in Article 6, the number of entries received for these codes may vary.

Entries are subject to verification at any time. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
require a participant’s proof of identity or eligibility. Please keep barcodes used to enter the contest, as
they may be required as proof of eligibility. Failure to provide proof of identity and eligibility at the time
and to the satisfaction of the organizer may result in disqualification.

6. Chances of Winning
The chances of winning a prize in this contest depend on the number of admissible participation entries
received by Contest Closing Time.

7. Prizes Offered: 11 prizes
Unless otherwise indicated, all amounts mentioned in these rules and regulations are in Canadian dollars.

7.1 List of Prizes:

The prizes do not include any transport, parking, cost of overnight accommodations or any other cost or
charges other than those described above (article 7.1).

7.2 All amounts and costs related to the acceptance any Prizes, including but not limited to all income,
sales, use and other taxes (and the reporting thereof) imposed as a result of the award of a Prize, which
are not expressly covered by the Organizers are the sole responsibility of the individual winner. It is the
individual winner’s responsibility to understand and abide by any and all federal, provincial, territorial,
local or foreign tax laws that may apply to acceptance of a Prize.

TOTAL VALUE OF PRIZES OFFERED: $ 5325.00

8. DRAWING

The draw for each of the prizes will be held at the offices of the agency in charge of the management
online entries Contest situated at Akufen, 4030 Rue Saint-Ambroise Suite 105, Montréal, QC H4C 2C7
(computer Systems Company).

The at random drawing will take place on May 9th, 2019 at 10AM (ET) from all the participating entry
forms received during the admissible contest period.

GENERAL RULES

9. To be declared a winner, any person whose entry will be drawn will be eligible for this Contest, as
specified in Article 2 of these Rules and Regulations and must comply will the other conditions stipulated
in the Rules and Regulations. To be declared a winner and claim the prize, the randomly selected person
must:

       Have duly completed all fields on the Entry form

   Be reached by telephone by the organizers of the contest with the telephone number indicated on
        the participation entry form. The Organizers of the Contest will communicate with the winner by

        telephone starting on May 9 , 2019. The winner must accept their prize before 12:00 pm May 16,
        2019 or forfeits the prize (NUL AND VOID). If, after making all reasonable attempts the
        organizers are unable to reach the selected entrant in the time limit allotted by the organizers,
        another participation entry form will be randomly selected, among the admissible supplementary
        participation entries until a winner is chosen or may, at its sole discretion, cancel the prize.

       Have completed the obligatory section requested in the participation entry and responded
        correctly to the mathematical skill testing question written on the participation entry form.

       Complete and sign the declaration form and exoneration of responsibility and send back to
        Organizer before taking possession of their prize.

       Be a Québec resident, age 18 or older.

If the selected person does not respect one of the above stated conditions or any condition provided in
the present contest regulations, they will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. In that case, the organizer
may at its sole discretion, cancel the prize or proceed with another draw until a winner is chosen.

10. The declared winning individuals will be contacted via telephone using the number indicated on their
respective participation entry forms from May 9, 2019 to May 16, 2019. The prizes will be shipped by mail
after Organizers receives the signed exoneration forms by the prize winner.

11. This contest is organized by Krōps Imports Inc. (here after known as “organizers of the contest”) and
is open to Québec residents aged 18 years or older, with the exception of (i) employees of Krōps
Imports Inc., of Supermarchés IGA, Marché Tradition, Bonichoix, Rachelle-Béry, the Montréal Canadiens,
of any partnered groups, affiliated organizations, franchises and successors, or representatives of the
groups aforementioned; and (ii) A person for whom a publicity contest is carried on, his employee,
representative or agent, a member of the jury and the persons with whom they are domiciled may not
enter the contest.

12. No partners or affiliates of Krōps Imports Inc., Supermarchés IGA, Marché Tradition, Bonichoix,
Rachelle-Béry, and the Montréal Canadiens (known hereafter as “the group” will not be held responsible
for the use of the prize accorded within the scope of the contest and assumes no responsibility in respect
to the prize or the events that ensue the contest. The winner will be obligated to sign a declaration and
exoneration of responsibility form to comply with the above statement.

13. The participation entries and exoneration forms are subject to verification by the organizers of the
contest. All participation entries deemed illegible, mutilated, remitted outside the contest period or
obtained by a non-authorized source, will not be permitted to participate. The use of software or any other
devices enabling automated entry is forbidden. Entry ballots and waivers that are incomplete, illegible,
fraudulent, damaged, sent late, contain an invalid email address or telephone number, lack correct
answer to skill testing question mathematical question or are otherwise non-compliant with these Rules
and Regulations will be automatically voided and will not entitle the entrant to a prize. All no purchase
necessary participation requests who do not meet the criteria established in paragraph 4, will not be
permitted to participate. All persons who participate or wish to participate in this contest using a means
contrary to the spirit of the contest or of an unjust nature towards other participants (ex.: pirating of
information, obtaining fraudulent participation entry forms, etc…) will be automatically disqualified and
can be referred to proper juridical authority. The decision of the organizers in this instance is final and
without recourse.

14. The winning person recognizes that the execution of services linked with the prize is entirely and
uniquely the responsibility of the supplier of the services. The winner will be obligated to sign a clause to
that affect included in the declaration and exoneration of responsibility form. The Organizer takes no
responsibility for issues or incidents that might occur after awarding and/or use of the prize.

15. Krōps Imports Inc. reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the prize of the same
nature or of equal value or an equal monetary value in the event that the prize or an element of the prize
is not available, and this, for any which reason. The admissible winning prize person cannot transfer or
substitute for another prize. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged into
monetary funds. The prize cannot be transferred to another person without the authorization of Krōps
Imports Inc. A written request must be submitted, and these requests must respect the all rules
conditions.

16. The organizers of the contest reserve the right, to their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or to
suspend the present contest in the event of any of the following manifestations, a virus, an information
bug, an unauthorized human intervention or all other uncontrollable causes that can corrupt or affect the
administration, the security, impartiality or the normal sequence of the contest, approved on the condition
of the Régie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux du Québec.

17. This contest is subjected to all laws and all applicable federal, provincial and municipal rules. The
decisions rendered by the organizers are final in all aspects of the said contest.

18. The Organizer will no way guarantee that the internet contest site will be accessible or operational
without interruptions or errors during the Contest Period. The Organizer takes no responsibility for any
malfunction of the Internet site, failure to receive entries due to transmission errors, busy signals, or
technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, servers, access
providers, hardware or software, whether originating with the sender or recipient, or incomplete, deleted,
illegible entry that might limit or prevent an individual from entering the Contest.

19. The Organizer takes no responsibility for damage or loss that might be caused, directly or indirectly, in
whole or in part, by downloading software or forms from the Contest Internet site and by the transmission
of information relating to the Contest.

20. Any attempt to sabotage the legitimate operation of this Contest constitutes a violation of civil and
criminal law. Should such an attempt be made, the Organizer reserves the right to render invalid those
entries and to seek recourse and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. In participating in this contest, the winner accepts that their name, area of residence, voice, image,
photography and/or declaration relative to the prize will be used for publicity purposes, without monetary
compensation. The winner commits to signing a clause to this affect included in the declaration and
exoneration of responsibility form.

22. Krōps Imports Inc. will remain at all times the exclusive owner of all contest participation entries and
will not be returned under any circumstances to participants. No correspondence will be issued with
participants within the scope of the contest with the exception of the selected prize winners.

23. At the end of the present contest, for participatory purposes, a participant is the person in which the
name and telephone number were used. It is to this person; prior to the expiry date, to whom the prize
shall be remitted to.

24. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the
Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize
may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
