Interreg
Amazonie (PCIA)
Le PCIA permet le financement de projets menés conjointement
de part et d’autre des frontières, grâce au soutien du Fonds Euro-
péen de Développement Régional pour la Coopération Transfron-
talière Européenne (FEDER-CTE). Il bénéficie d’une enveloppe
FEDER-CTE de 18,9 M€ répartie à 75 % sur un volet transfron-
talier (TF : Guyane, Suriname et Amapa) et à 25 % sur un volet
transnational (TN : Guyane, Suriname, Amapa, Para, Amazonas
et Guyana).
Sa stratégie s’articule autour de 8 axes thématiques et 2 axes dé-
diés à l’assistance technique. Les enjeux liés aux transports, aux
problématiques santé et social, et au patrimoine naturel et culturel
concentrent chacun près d’un tiers des financements FEDER-CTE
disponibles pour le territoire, les transports étant l’axe majoritaire.

Cooperation
Program (IACP)
The IACP provides funding for joint projects accross borders, with
support from the European Regional Development fund for Euro-
pean Territorial Cooperation (ERDF-ETC). It has an ERDF-ETC
allocation of 18,9 million, 75% of which is allocated to a cross-bor-
der component (CB: French Guiana, Suriname and Amapá) and
25% to a transnational component (TN: French Guiana, Suriname,
Amapá, Pará, Amazonas and Guyana).
Its strategy revolves around 8 thematic axes and 2 axes dedicated
to technical assistance. The topics related to transport, health and
social issues, and the natural and cultural heritage each account for
nearly one third of ERDF-ETC funding available for the coopera-
tion area, with transport being the main focus.

la Compétitivité des PME en zone transfrontalière de coo-

Présentation et objectifs : Étude de faisabilité pour la
structuration d’une filière de production et de valorisa-
tion agro-industrielle sur le Plateau des Guyanes : mise en
culture et suivi de plantes non-ligneuses (cannes à sucre)
sélectionnées pour leur potentiel d’exploitation agricole et
industrielle élevé.
Enjeux : augmentation de la contribution des secteurs agri-
coles dans la création annuelle de richesse, amélioration
des connaissances sur les différents débouchés agricoles et
industriels (exploitation biomasse).

SMEs Competitiveness in the cross-border cooperation area
Presentation and objectives : Feasibility study for the struc-
turing of a production and agro-industrial valorization sec-
tor : cultivation and monitoring of non-woody plants (sugar
cane) selected for their potentially high agricultural and in-
dustrial use.
Challenges: Increase of the contribution of the agricultural
sectors in the annual creation of wealth, improvement of the
knowledge on the different agricultural and industrial out-
lets (biomass exploitation).
