Battente costituito da due supporti in lamiera preverniciata di colore bianco Ral 9010 contornati da un profilo
in alluminio anodizzato, al cui interno viene iniettata schiuma di poliuretano rigido che ne costituisce l’isola-
mento termico. Lungo il bordo in alluminio anodizzato è alloggiata speciale guarnizione in gomma che garan-
tisce la tenuta termica. La ferramenta è costituita principalmente da esclusiva maniglia mod. LH, completa di
chiusura con chiave e pulsante di sblocco interno di sicurezza luminescente e da due o più cerniere alzanti,
regolabili mediante vite di registro. Il battente è fornito in tre diversi spessori in funzione delle temperature
di esercizio
Leaf consisting of two supports in prepainted sheet white Ral 9010 surrounded by a profile in anodized
aluminum with rigid polyurethane foam injected on the inside to act as thermal insulation. Along the edge in
anodized aluminum, special rubber gasket guarantees the temperature seal. The hardware consists mainly
of the exclusive handle model LH, complete with key lock and luminescent safety release on the inside and
one or more helical hinges, adjustable with screws. The leaf comes in three different thicknesses depending
on the working temperature.
Vantail constitué de deux supports en tôle laquée de couleur blanc Ral 9010 entourés d’un profil en alumi-
nium anodisé, avec à l’intérieur de la mousse de polyuréthane rigide injectée qui constitue son isolement
thermique. Un joint spécial en caoutchouc garantissant l’étanchéité thermique est installé le long du bord en
aluminium anodisé. La quincaillerie est principalement constituée de la poignée exclusive modèle LH com-
plète de fermeture à clé et bouton de déblocage de sécurité intérieur luminescent et de deux ou de plusieures
charnières à rampes hélicoïdales, réglables par vis de réglage. Le vantail est fourni en trois différentes épais-
seurs en fonction des températures d’exercice.

stellschraube zur Einstellung vorhanden. Das Blatt kann je nach den Betriebstemperaturen mit drei unter-
schiedlichen Stärken geliefert werden.

Two leaves consisting of: two supports in pre-painted sheet white RAL9010 surrounded by an anodized alu-
minium profile, with rigid polyurethane foam injected on the inside to act as thermal isolation. Along the edge in
anodized aluminium, is seated a special gasket which guarantees the temperature seal. On the semi-fixed leaf
there is a central doorstop profile which guarantees the temperature seal in central position. In the low tempera-
ture version the central doorstop profile is equipped of an anti-condensation heating cable. The hardware consist
mainly of: rotating handle fixed on the moving leaf, complete with key lock and internal safety release; internally
to the semi-fixed leaf there is a key lock type espagnolette bolt, which allow the locking of the leaf both on the
inferior and superior part on the closing position; two helical hinges, for each leaf adjustable with screws. The leaf
is furnished in two different thicknesses depending on the working temperature.
2 Vantail constitué par : supports en tôle laquée de couleur blanche RAL 9010 entourés d’un profil en aluminium
anodisé, avec à l’intérieur de la mousse de polyuréthane rigide injectée qui constitue son isolement thermique.
Un joint spécial en caoutchouc garantissant l’étanchéité thermique est installé le long du bord en aluminium ano-
disé. Sur le vantail demi fixé est présente un tapé central lequel garantie l’étanchéité du joint en position centrale.
Dans la version à température négative le tapé centrale a à son intérieur le cordon chauffant anti-condensation.
La quincaillerie est principalement constituée de: poignée à rotation sur le vantail mobile complète de ferme-
ture à clé et bouton de déblocage de sécurité à l’intérieur. A l’intérieur du vantail demi fixé il y a une fermeture
crémone, qui permet de bloquer le vantail sur la partie inférieur et supérieur dans la position de fermeture, et 2
charnières pour chaque vantail qui se peuvent régler avec une vie de calage. Le vantail en plus est disponible en
deux différents épaisseurs en fonction de la température d’exercice.
Türblätter bestehen aus vorlackiertem weißem verzinktem Stahlblech Farbe Ral 9010, die mit einem Eloxal-
aluminium-Profil mit PUR-Hartschaumeinschäumung, die zur Wärmeisolierung dient, eingerahmt sind. Ent-
lang des Alu-Profilumfangs ist eine Spezialgummidichtung zur perfekten Wärmedämmung eingesetzt. Auf dem
Standflügel ist ein zentrales Anschlagsprofil montiert, das die Wärmedichtheit in einer zentral Position zusi-
chert. Bei der Ausführung für Tiefkühlung ist das zentrale Anschlagsprofil mit einem Heizkabel ausgestattet.
Der Verkehrsflügel ist mit Presshebel versehen komplett mit Schloss und leuchtende Innenentriegelung. Der

Standflügel ist innen mit einem Treibriegel versehen, der den Flügel sowohl oben als auch unten blockiert. Tür
