INSTRUCTION FOR THE AUTHORS

This document will provide you a model which you can use while editing the final version of your contribution. In case
you have already started to edit in another style, it should help you to convert it, and apply the format accepted by
the EAUH 2014 Organising Committee.

1. Subtitle (font Times New Roman, 14pt, bold, left)
The text of your contribution should respect strictly the format proposed here as a model: font Times New
Roman, size 12pt, do not indent paragraphs, space 6pt, line spacing simple. Margin 2,5 cm on both sides of
the text.
Indication of footnotes come before the punctuation and footnotes come at the end of the page and not at the
end of the text.
Centuries are written in roman numbers, capital letters.
Illustrations should be accompanied by captions below the figure in font Times New Roman, 11 pt, italics.
Odd page: Title of the paper.

2. Paragraphs
The title of the paragraph has to be in bold (font Times New Roman, 14pt), space of 12pt before and of 4pt
after in order to indent it from the body of the text.

2.1. Sub- paragraphs
The title of the sub-paragraph is written in bold italics (font Times New Roman, 12 pt), space of 9pt before
and of 3pt after in order to indent it from the body of the text.

2.1.1. Sub-sub-paragraphs
The title of a sub-sub-paragraphs are in italics (font Times New Roman, 12pt), space of 9pt before and of 3
pt after in order to indent it from the body of the text.

3. Bibliography
− Names of authors are in small capitals.
− Publications in series: place of publication, name of the publisher, volume number, year of publication,
  p.x.
− Name of the publisher has to be specified for publications after 1960.

a) monographs
Initials of the first name, family name, Title, place of publication, name of the publisher, date of publication
(name of the series, number in the series) p. x.

Example:

b) collective book

Le présent vous sert de modèle et source de styles pour la version définitive de votre texte. Si vous avez commencé
à rédiger sur un autre document il vous suffit de copier/coller votre texte dans ce document et d’y appliquer le style
adopté par le Comité d’Organisation AEHU 2014.

Le texte de la communication doit respecter strictement le format qui vous est proposé ici: Times New
Roman, taille 12 pt, pas de retrait au début de paragraphe, espacement avant 6 pt, interligne simple. Une
marge de 2,5 cm est laissée à droite et à gauche du texte.
Les appels de note sont avant toutes ponctuations et les notes doivent apparaître en bas de page et non à la
fin du texte.
Les siècles s’écrivent en chiffres romains, en caractères majuscules.
Les légendes des figures doivent apparaîtront sous la figure, en police Times 11 pt, italique.
Page impaire: Titre courent = titre de la communication.

− Pour les ouvrages à tomaison: lieu d’édition, nom de l’éditeur, tome, date d’édition, p.x.
− Le nom de l’éditeur doit notamment être précisé pour les ouvrages postérieurs à 1960.
