WEDSTRIJDREGLEMENT
Art. 01 ORGANISATIE
De Trofee van Vlaanderen wordt georganiseerd door de Koninklijke Wielerclub Bergdal Reningelst
vzw p/a Pastoorstraat 22, B-8970 Reningelst onder de reglementering en straffenbarema van de
KBWB en wordt betwist op woensdag 30 juli 2014.
Art. 02 TYPE W EDSTRIJD
De Trofee van Vlaanderen is voorbehouden voor Heren Juniores opgenomen op de Nationale
Kalender Beker van België
Het aantal renners per ploeg is vastgesteld op minimum 4 en maximum 6
Art. 03 RADIO-TOUR
De wedstrijdinformatie wordt uitgezonden op de frequentie 164.63125 MHz.
De telecommunicatieapparatuur voor de wagens van de koerscommissarissen,
koersdirecteur, dokter, pers en genodigden wordt ter beschikking gesteld door de KBW B.
Art. 04 BIJSTAND NEUTRALE WAGENS
De organisatie zal instaan om 2 neutrale wagens (S & C Vansteenkiste - Mavic) ter beschikking te
stellen tijdens de wedstrijd.
Art. 05 AANKOMST
Elke renner dewelke de aankomstlijn overschrijdt met een achterstand van meer dan 8% op de
tijd van de winnaar zal niet opgenomen worden in de officiële uitslag. Het percentage kan
verhoogd worden op beslissing van het College der Commissarissen in samenspraak met de
organisatie.

Totaal aan prijzengeld: 1300 euro individueel en 380 euro voor het clubklassement.

Art. 07 DOPINGCONTROLE
Het anti-doping reglement van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap wordt integraal toegepast conform
de geldende Belgische en Vlaamse wetgeving.
De anti-dopingcontrole heeft plaats in het dokterskabinet van Dr. Bruggeman Lieven, Baljuwstraat 19,
8970 Reningelst, tel: +32 (0)57/33.63.94
Iedere renner dient zich persoonlijk te vergewissen of hij zich moet aanbieden bij de
anti-dopingcontrole.
De organisator en de medische inspecteur zullen aan de aankomstlijn en aan het anti-
dopinglokaal een lijst uithangen met de rugnummers van de renners welke zich moeten
aanbieden voor de dopingcontrole.
Art. 08 HULDIGINGSPLECHTIGHEID
De eerste 3 renners in de uitslag dienen zich op het podium aan te bieden uiterlijk 15 minuten na
hun aankomst.

REGLEMENT PARTICULIER
Art. 01 ORGANISATION
L épreuve Trofee van Vlaanderen est organisée par Koninklijke Wielerclub Bergdal Reningelst vzw
p/a Pastoorstraat 22, B-8970 Reningelst sous les règlements et les échelle de punition de
KBWB. Elle se dispute le mercredi 30 juillet 2014.
Art. 02 TYPE D EPREUVE
L épreuve est réservée aux athlètes des catégories Hommes Juniors inscrit sur le calendrier National
Coupe de Belgique. Coureurs par équipe : minimum 4 et maximum 6
Art. 03 RADIO-TOUR
Les informations courses sont émises sur la fréquence 164.63125 MHz.
L appareillage pour les télécommunications des voitures des commissaires, directeurs
de course, presse et invités est mis à dispositions par la RLVB.
Art. 04 ASSISTANCE TECHNQUE NEUTRE
Le service d assistance technique neutre est assuré par l organisation qui fournira 2 voitures
neutres de materiel (S & C Vansteenkiste – Mavic).
Art. 05 DELAIS D ARRIVEE
Tout coureur arrivant dans un délai dépassant 8% du temps du vainqueur n est plus
retenu au classement.
Le délai peut être augmenté en cas de circonstances exceptionnelles par le Collége
de Commissaires, en consultations avec l organisateur.

Les prix suivants seront attribués: 1300 euro individuel 380 euro classement d équipe

Art. 07 ANTIDOPAGE
Le règlement antidopage s applique intégralement à la présente épreuve. En outre, la
législation antidopage de la Communauté Flamande s applique conformément aux dispositions
de la loi de la Belgique ainsi que de la Communauté Flamande.
Le contrôle antidopage a lieu au cabinet du Dr. Bruggeman Lieven, Baljuwstraat 19, 8970

Tout coureur a l obligation de s assurer personnellement s il doit subir le contrôle
antidopage.
L organisateur et l inspecteur antidopage veillent à l affichage à la ligne d arrivée et à l entrée
du local prévu, de la liste des numéros de dossard des coureurs devant subir le contrôle.
Art. 08 PROTOCOLE
Les 3 premiers de l épreuve se présenteront dans un délai de maximum de 15 minutes
après leur arrivée.

SPECIFIC REGULATIONS
Art. 01 ORGANIZATION
The Trofee van Vlaanderen is organized by the Royal Cycling club Bergdal Reningelst vzw p/a
Pastoorstraat 22, B 8970 Reningelst under the regulations and punishment scales of the
KBW B. The race is to be held on Wednesday 30 July 2014.
Art. 02 TYPE OF EVENT
The event is open to athletes of the Men Juniors inscripted at the National Calender Beker of
Belgium. Riders by club minimum 4 and maximum 6.
Art. 03 RADIO-TOUR
The race information will be broadcast on the following frequency: 164.63125 MHz.
The radios for the jury, race-director, press and guests will be delivered by the KBWB.
Art. 04 NEUTRAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The organization guarantees 2 neutral technical cars (S & C Vansteenkiste – Mavic) during the race.
Art. 05 FINISHING TIME LIMITS
Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 8% shall not be placed.
The time limit may, in exceptional circumstances, be increased by the Commissaries Panel in
agreement with the organizer.

The following prizes are awarded: 1300 euro and 380 euro team classification

Art. 07 ANTI-DOPING TESTS
The anti-doping regulations are entirely applicable to the event. Moreover, and in conformity with
the law of the Flemish Community, the Belgian and anti-doping legislation.
The anti-doping tests will take place at the docterscabinet of Dr. Bruggeman Lieven, Baljuwstraat 19,
8970 Reningelst, tel: +32 (0)57/33.63.94
Each rider must look for himself if he is indicated for the control.
The organizer and the medical inspector will publish a list at the finish line and the docterscabinet
with the numbers of the riders who have been indicated.
Art. 08 AW ARDS CEREMONY
The first 3 riders of the event will present themselves at the podium in a time limit of maximum
15 minutes after crossing the finish line.
