LA BIO PLUS QUE JAMAIS AU CŒUR
DE TOUTES LES ATTENTIONS
La bio continue sa croissance régulière en France, et ce
malgré une année 2020 pour le moins inattendue ! Le nombre
d’exploitants agricoles installés en bio a ainsi augmenté de
12,84 % entre 2019 et 2020, passant de 47 196 à 53 255. Une
hausse qui se retrouve désormais chaque année, et qui vient à
nouveau confirmer l’importance d’un salon comme Tech&Bio,
qui contribue au renforcement du modèle économique et à
l’augmentation de la valeur ajoutée de la bio.
T
ech&Bio est en effet le seul salon dont l’ambition est à
la fois de permettre aux agriculteurs bio de parfaire leur
technique grâce aux dernières innovations, mais aussi
aux agriculteurs conventionnels de s’approprier le meilleur

de conversion dans l’immédiat. Et, pour celles et ceux qui

souhaiteraient franchir le pas, le stand Osez la bio, animé par
des experts de l’installation, la transmission et la conversion en
bio, leur permettra de trouver réponses à leurs questions.
De nouveau, près de 375 exposants et 80 partenaires se sont
mobilisés pour faire de Tech&Bio un moment incontournable
et enrichissant. Au centre de cette 8 e édition du salon : près
de 100 démonstrations et ateliers techniques toutes filières ;
80 conférences ; le biocontrôle, qui dispose de son Village
dédié composé d’une vingtaine d’acteurs du secteur. Une visite
incontournable pour qui voudrait en savoir plus sur les usages
et l’efficacité de cette nouvelle méthode de protection des
végétaux.
De son côté, la structuration des filières, qui a toujours occupé
une place importante à Tech&Bio, n’est pas en reste. Outre
Jean-Pierre Royannez
l’Espace des Transformateurs, qui propose de mettre en relation

d’agriculture de la Drôme Collectivités, réservée aux acteurs institutionnels, proposera
de découvrir comment les collectivités territoriales peuvent
contribuer à la mise en place de filières bio.

sont mis à l’honneur grâce aux Talents Tech&Bio, qui viennent
récompenser les agriculteurs aux pratiques et résultats
exceptionnels, et aux Technovations, concours qui vous permet
de voter pour élire la meilleure innovation du salon !

LE BIO, TERREAU D’INNOVATIONS UTILES
À L’ENSEMBLE DU MONDE AGRICOLE
L
a moitié des agriculteurs engagés en agriculture biologique
réalisent de la vente directe. Ce chiffre est la parfaite
illustration de l’attachement de l’agriculture biologique
et de ses agriculteurs à être au plus près des attentes des
consommateurs en matière d’alimentation saine, de qualité, locale
et durable.
Grâce aux nombreux programmes d’accompagnement mis en
place par l’Etat, la surface agricole en production biologique a
doublé ces cinq dernières années. « Ambition bio 2022 » poursuit
le soutien financier des acteurs du secteur. Et il nous faut aller
plus loin. Le plan France Relance a d’ailleurs renforcé ce soutien
en consacrant 10 millions d’euros supplémentaires sur deux ans
au Fonds Avenir Bio et en prolongeant le crédit d’impôt bio. Cela
Julien Denormandie, permettra le renforcement des productions déjà établies et le
ministre de l’Agriculture développement des filières émergentes. La future PAC verra par
et de l’Alimentation ailleurs l’enveloppe d’aides dédiées au bio augmenter comme
jamais : plus de 30 % d’augmentation pour atteindre 340 millions
d’euros par an ! L’objectif est d’accompagner plus de 20 000
nouvelles exploitations à la conversion en bio.
Le Salon Tech&Bio constitue une vitrine exceptionnelle pour
présenter les évolutions techniques pour ce secteur. Il joue un
rôle clé dans la stimulation de l’innovation et l’attractivité du bio
auprès des agriculteurs d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Il facilite
également la rencontre entre agriculteurs bio et agriculteurs
conventionnels, attentifs à l’émergence de nouvelles alternatives
pour engager leurs exploitations dans la transition agroécologique.
Je me félicite que le lycée agricole du Valentin accueille
l’événement chaque année. Cet établissement, dont l’exploitation
est entièrement labellisée « Agriculture Biologique », est
emblématique de notre politique « Enseigner à Produire
Autrement » qui prévoit, à l’horizon 2025, que 100 % des
établissements de l’enseignement agricole disposant d’une
exploitation, aient au moins un de leurs ateliers en agriculture
biologique.
Je souhaite une pleine réussite à cette édition 2021 qui consacre
l’engagement des producteurs dans une agriculture innovante, de
qualité et respectueuse de l’environnement.

L
e salon Tech & Bio de Bourg-lès-Valence est un rendez-vous capital en
France pour faire émerger de nouvelles techniques agricoles toujours
soucieuses du développement durable.
Avec Jean-Pierre TAITE, notre Vice-président délégué à l’Agriculture, nous
sommes fiers d’en être un partenaire majeur parce qu’il s’inscrit pleinement
dans notre vision de l’agriculture. D’abord, en cinq ans, nous avons plus

que triplé le budget agricole, ce qui nous place comme la Région ayant
le plus important budget agricole de France. Ensuite, notre volonté est
d’accompagner au mieux l’agriculture pour la préparer aux grands défis de
demain. C’est la raison pour laquelle nous avons construit un grand plan
d’adaptation aux changements climatiques : celui-ci doit nous permettre de
mieux protéger les agriculteurs face aux aléas climatiques comme le gel, la
grêle mais aussi d’intensifier nos investissements dans la recherche pour
Laurent Wauquiez, développer des productions plus résistantes à la sécheresse par exemple.
Président de la Région Enfin, nous assumons de soutenir sans ambiguïté l’agriculture biologique
Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes dans notre Région sans condamner pour autant l’agriculture conventionnelle
qui est également animée par l’intention de produire une nourriture saine et
de qualité.
En cinq ans, nous avons ainsi porté un plan ambitieux dédié à l’agriculture biologique en Auvergne-Rhône-
Alpes. Celui-ci a permis d’augmenter largement le nombre de producteurs bio, de renforcer la compétitivité des
exploitations AB et aussi d’accompagner les acteurs de l’aval, transformateurs et distributeurs. Aujourd’hui, nous
pouvons justement être fiers d’être la première région française en nombre de transformateurs et distributeurs bio.
Nous souhaitons à tous les participants du salon Tech & Bio de passionnants échanges pour construire tous
ensemble une agriculture forte, fière et moderne.

ntre nouvelles technologies, transitions climatique et
écologique, et évolution des modes de consommation,
d’importants défis impactent déjà le quotidien des
agriculteurs du 21e siècle. Le réchauffement climatique est ainsi
en cause dans l’épisode de gel tardif qui, en avril dernier, a détruit
une grande partie de la production déjà en fleurs des vergers
drômois et causé un lourd préjudice économique aux producteurs.

Aujourd’hui, pour s’adapter et limiter les conséquences, de
nouveaux procédés et outils sont nécessaires.
Soucieux d’être un acteur engagé de cette évolution et
d’accompagner le monde agricole, partenaire historique de la
Chambre d’agriculture, le Département de la Drôme soutient
Marie-Pierre MOUTON Tech’n Bio depuis sa création. Un salon synonyme d’innovation,
Présidente du Conseil d’excellence et de partage, qui s’est rapidement imposé comme le
départemental de la Drôme rendez-vous professionnel incontournable pour tout le secteur.
La Drôme est fière d’accueillir le meilleur des techniques bio et
alternatives et continue à cultiver sa bio attitude, notamment
pour la restauration collective qui affiche une moyenne de 40%
de produits bio au menu des demi-pensionnaires de nos collèges
publics disposant d’une cuisine autonome.
20 pays participent à cette 8e édition. 375 exposants et 21 000
visiteurs sont attendus sur trois jours. Bienvenue et très bon salon
à toutes et tous.
