Be part of our Family Parish Pastoral Council !
The Windsor Lake St. Clair Catholic Family of Parishes Pastoral Council is made of 2 members from
each of our 4 parishes, St. Simon & St. Jude, Good Shepherd, Ste. Anne and St. Jerome. At present,
we are looking to fill the following upcoming vacancies:
St. Simon & St. Jude (1 person) Good Shepherd (2 people) St. Jerome (1 person)
The principal role of the Council is pastoral planning. Pastoral planning is meant to ensure that the
mission and vision of the diocese and parish guide the community into the future.
There is not an “election” of pastoral council members but a discernment process.
All parishioners are encouraged to let their voices be heard by submitting names of those members
of the specific parishes listed above who possess the qualities for the ministry of leadership. Of the
names submitted, the Parish Pastoral Council will contact the names submitted regarding their
interest. The WLSC Pastoral Council will discern those who feel they possess the qualities of
service as a Parish Pastoral Council Member. Terms of service will be three years.
If you or someone you know would make a good candidate for the WLSC Parish Pastoral Council,
representing the parishes listed above, submit their name and phone number to the WLSC Parish
Pastoral Council via the collection basket or email the respective Parish office.

Le Conseil pastoral de la famille de paroisses Windsor-Lac Ste-Claire est composé de 2 membres de
chacune de nos 4 paroisses : St. Simon et St. Jude, Good Shepherd, Ste-Anne et St-Jérôme. À l’heure
actuelle, des postes restent vacants et pour lesquels nous recherchons des personnes :
1 personne de St. Simon & St. Jude et de St-Jérôme, 2 personnes de Good Shepherd
Le rôle principal du Conseil est la planification pastorale qui vise à s’assurer que la mission et la vision du
diocèse et de la paroisse guident la communauté vers l’avenir.
Il n’y a pas une « élection » des membres du conseil pastoral mais un processus de discernement.
Tous les fidèles sont encouragés à se faire entendre en soumettant le (des) nom d’un(e) paroissien(ne) d’une
des paroisses nommées ci-dessus qui, d’après lui, possède les qualités pour le ministère de leadership. Parmi
ces noms, le Conseil pastoral paroissial communiquera avec eux pour connaître leur intérêt. Ensuite le
Conseil pastoral du WLSC se rencontrera afin de discuter du profil de ceux qui pensent posséder les qualités
de service pour être membre du Conseil pastoral paroissial. La durée du mandat est de trois ans.
Si vous ou quelqu’un que vous connaissez êtes un bon candidat pour le conseil pastoral paroissial de WLSC
et représenter l’une des trois paroisses ci-dessus, veuillez soumettre au Conseil, un nom et un numéro de
téléphone et le déposer dans le panier de la quête ou en envoyant un courriel au bureau paroissial respectif :

Manager - Event / Operation Coordinator. This position
is currently based on 25-30 hours per week. The Manager
would be responsible for managing the entire operation of
the parish hall, including the day to day
functions, maintaining the equipment,
building and grounds and managing staff.
