heures d’ouverture

Accueil des entreprises : dès 08h30
Horaires d’ouverture au public : 10h00 – 15h30
Pendant toute la durée de l’événement, les membres du Centre de Carrière se tiendront à votre
disposition au stand d’accueil (cf plan) pour toute question que vous pourrez avoir.
Déjeuner et boissons
Une pause-café (café, thé, croissants, jus de fruits, eau) sera à votre disposition tout au long de la
journée. Un lunch buffet réservé aux exposants vous attendra dès 12h00 jusqu’à 14h00.
Surface des Stands
Stand et besoin logistique
Nous mettons à disposition un stand d’environ 2 mètres sur 3 mètres. Tous les stands seront équipés
d’une table, de minimum deux chaises et d’un panneau de fond. Si vos besoins diffèrent, merci de
nous en informer jusqu’au 2 octobre 2018 au plus tard. Ensuite, nous vous demandons de bien
vouloir remplir les noms des participant·e·s de votre entreprise dans la fiche excel en annexe et de
nous la renvoyer jusqu’au 23 octobre 2018.
Vous avez la possibilité d’amener votre propre stand à condition de respecter les dimensions de
l’emplacement (2mx3m). Si tel est le cas, nous vous prions de prendre directement contact avec nous.
Wifi et électricité
L’accès au wifi est disponible durant la journée. Des prises électriques seront également installées pour
la journée.

La Career Networking Fair se déroulera sur le campus de la Faculté des Hautes Etudes Commerciales
dans le bâtiment Internef qui se situe dans le quartier Unil-Chamberonne. L’Internef est facilement
accessible en transport public ainsi qu’en voiture.

Métro M1 jusqu’à « Unil-Chamberonne »,
Suivre le fléchage.

Parking Centre.
Pour le parking, vous pouvez vous garer sur le parking Centre, Chamberonne ou Lac. À la suite d’un
changement de politique de l’Université de Lausanne, les parkings ont été aménagées d’une barrière
et sont payants. À votre arrivée, veuillez prendre un ticket et ensuite vous présenter au stand d’accueil
de la Career Networking Fair. L’équipe du Centre de Carrière distribuera au maximum 2 tickets de
sortie par entreprise.
4Informations diverses
Envoi de colis
Les colis pourront être envoyés à partir du 29 octobre 2018 au Centre de Carrière où ils seront
stockés. Pour envoyer vos colis, veuillez suivre la procédure suivante:
1. Identifier chacun de vos colis avec le nom de l’entreprise et le contenu du colis.
2. Envoyer le colis au Centre de Carrière HEC à l’adresse suivante :

3. Le matériel sera déposé au Centre de Carrière HEC (bureau 245) et mis sur votre stand le jour
de l’événement.

Un livre contenant les CVs des étudiant·e·s HEC qui participent à la Career Networking Fair vous sera
envoyé la semaine du 29 octobre.

Sur demande, des salles d’interview sont mises à disposition lors de l’événement. Si vous souhaitez en
réserver une, merci de nous faire parvenir la demande d’ici le 23 octobre 2018.
Brochure de la Career Networking Fair
La brochure de la Career Networking Fair sera distribuée aux étudiant·e·s en amont de la
manifestation. Elle a pour but de présenter les entreprises exposantes. La brochure est créée sur la
base d’un court descriptif ainsi que du logo que vous nous avez transmis lors de votre inscription.
Facture
Un dédommagement d’un montant de CHF 650.- est facturé à l’entreprise pour la prise en charge
logistique de l’événement.

opening Hours
Tuesday, 13th of November 2018
Companies reception: from 8.30 am
Opening hours for the visitors: 10.00 am to 3.30 pm
The reception (see plan) is occupied by members of the Career Center during the whole event. Do not
hesitate to contact them for any question you may have.

At your arrival, tea, coffee and croissants will be served in the lunch area reserved for exhibitors. From
12 am to 2 pm the hot lunch will be served in this same area. Water bottles will be supplied on your
booth.

We provide you with a booth that measures approximately 2m x 3m. Every booth is equipped with
a table, minimum 2 chairs and optionally with a back wall. Should you have additional or other
requirements please let us know by the 2nd of October 2018. Thank you for returning the attached
Excel file to us by 23th October 2018 with the names of your company’s representatives.
You have the possibility to come with your own booth and display it at the day of the Career
Networking Fair if your booth measures not more than 2m x 3m. If this is the case, please contact us
as soon as possible in order to fix the details.

The Career Networking Fair is taking place in the Internef building on the campus of the Faculty of
Business and Economics which is situated in the area of Unil-Chamberonne. “Internef” is easily
accessible by public transport as well as by car.

There are parking slots at the parking Centre, Chamberonne and Lac. Due to a change of the parking
policy of the University of Lausanne, all the parking areas have been equipped with a gate and are
with costs. We therefore ask you to take a ticket at your arrival. Upon arrival in the building please
present yourself at the welcome desk of the Career Networking Fair. The team of the Career Center
HEC will hand you out maximum two exit tickets per entreprise.
8Various information
sending parcels
Parcels can be delivered as of the 29th October 2018 to the Career Center HEC where they will be
stocked. Please follow the procedure for parcel shipping:
1. Identify your parcel with your company’s name and indicate its content.
2. Send the parcel to the Career Center HEC at the following address :

3. The material will be stocked at the Career Center HEC and will be brought to your booth on

A book containing the CVs of the HEC students registered at the Career Networking Fair will be sent

Interview rooms are available during the event on demand. If you wish to reserve a room, please
contact us until the 23rd of October 2018.
booklet Career Networking Fair
The booklet of the Career Networking Fair presenting all the companies will be distributed to the
students before the event. The information on each company is based on the short description as well
as the company logo that you transmitted to us during your registration to the event.
invoice
A compensation of CHF 650.- is invoiced to the company to cover for the logistical expenses during
the event.

Am 13 November 2018 wird die achte Auflage der Karrieremesse an der
wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät stattfinden. Das Konzept des Anlasses zielt darauf ab,
motivierte und talentierte Studierende der wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät und attraktive
Arbeitgeber zusammenzuführen.

2017 wurde der Career Networking Fair von mehr als 700 Studentinnen und Studenten besucht.

Die Fakultät HEC stellt zwei Bachlordiplome aus (Bachelor in Management und Bachelor in politischer Ökonomie). Sie
zeichnen sich durch eine stark quantitative Orientierung aus. Die ersten beiden Jahre werden von den Studierenden

Bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten können Sie sich gerne an die Mitarbeiterinnen des Career Centers
wenden. Der Empfang (Sehen Sie Plan) ist ganztags besetzt.
Verpflegung
Zu Beginn des Anlasses erwartet Sie eine kleine Kaffepause (Kaffee, Tee, Gipfeli, Fruchtsaft und
Wasser) in dem für Unternehmen gekennzeichneten Bereich. Zwischen 12.00 Uhr und 14.00 Uhr wird
im selben Areal das Mittagessen serviert. Wasser wird an Ihrem Stand den ganzen Tag verfügbar sein
(Sehen Sie Plan).
Standfläche
Stand und logistischer Bedarf
Wir stellen jedem Unternehmen einen Stand von ungefähr 2mx3m zur Verfügung. Alle Stände sind
mit einem Tisch, mindestens zwei Stühlen und mit einer Rückwand ausgestattet. Falls Sie anderes
Mobiliar benötigen, bitten wir Sie uns zu kontaktieren. Bitte teilen Sie uns des Weiteren bis am
23. Oktober 2018 die Anzahl und Namen Ihrer Unternehmensvertreter, die an der Karrieremesse
teilnehmen, mit. Sie können dazu das mitgesendete Excel-Formular benutzen.
Sie haben ebenfalls die Möglichkeit Ihren eigenen Stand mitzubringen sofern dieser die Standfläche
von 2mx3m nicht überschreitet. In diesem Falle bitten wir Sie mit uns schnellstmöglichst vorab
Kontakt aufzunehmen.
Internet und Elektrizität
Der Zugang zum Internet ist währen des ganzen Tages gratis verfügbar. Ihr Stand verfügt des
Weiteren über einen Stromanschluss.

Die Pakete können ab dem 29 Oktober 2018 ans Career Centre HEC gesendet werden, wo sie
anschliessend auch gelagert werden. Bitte beachten Sie die folgende Vorgehensweise bei der
Packetsendung:
1. Markieren Sie Ihr(e) Paket(e) mit dem Namen Ihres Unternehmen sowie des Inhaltes.

Die Broschüre stellt die am Event präsenten Unternehmen vor. Die Broschüre wird auf der Basis des
kurzen Unternehmensprofils und des Logos zusammengestellt, welches Sie uns bei der Anmeldung
zugesendet haben.
