Le Senior Manager - Afrique francophone aura les responsabilités suivantes :
Diriger la planification et la mise en œuvre de missions impliquant des équipes de projet
Développer et soumettre des propositions pour générer des affaires, en particulier pour les marchés francophones, en collaboration avec des domaines
à travers l'Asie et l'Afrique
Fournir des solutions à des problèmes commerciaux complexes pour des domaines de responsabilité où l'analyse des situations nécessite une
connaissance approfondie des objectifs organisationnels ainsi que l'élaboration et la présentation de conclusions prioritaires issues de l'analyse des
lacunes du projet
Effectuer des évaluations du paysage des principales parties prenantes du projet afin de déterminer les connaissances, les lacunes ou les défis des
parties prenantes, ainsi que les autres risques ou obstacles au succès, et encadrer les membres de l'équipe dans ces tâches. En outre, élaborer des
plans d'exécution, d'atténuation des risques et de transition afin de créer un cadre reproductible pour une exécution de qualité des projets
Développer des relations de travail solides avec les clients et répondre à leurs attentes
Travailler en tant que conseiller de confiance pour le client et assurer une direction éclairée au-delà de ses attentes
