Semi-automatic swing arm tyre changer, suitable for car and light commercial vehicle wheels. It is equipped with fixed vertical pole, square turntable (10”-17.5” rim clamping from outside, 12”-20”from inside), automatic adjustment of the distance between rim and mounting head, air operated bead-breaker and inflating gun. Automatic tyre changer with back tilting pole
pneumatically controlled through pedal, suitable for
car and light commercial vehicle wheels, equipped
with pneumatic locking of operating arm (36 mm
Ø), automatic adjustment of the distance between
rim and mounting head, air operated bead-breaker,
octagonal turntable (10”-20” rim clamping from
outside, 12”-22”from inside) and inflating gun.
Thanks to its bigger size casing, it is possible to operate
in safety conditions with big size wheels as well.

Superautomatic tyre changer with back tilting pole pneumatically controlled
through pedal, suitable for car and light commercial vehicle wheels. It allows in
particular to operate on sport wheels with big-size alloy rims, extra-wide low profile
and Run-Flat tyres up to 15” max. width.
It is equipped with pneumatic locking of the operating arm (41mm Ø) with
reinforced guide perpendicular to the turntable, bead-breaker with double effect
pneumatic cylinder, octagonal turntable (12”-22” rim clamping from outside, 14”-
24”from inside) with double speed rotation system selectable by a manual switch,
automatic adjustment of the distance between rim and mounting head, inflating
gun and extractable pedal unit for an easy servicing.
The machine is delivered complete with plastic protections for mounting head,
clamps and bead lifting lever to avoid any damage to the rim during tyre mounting
and demounting.

Superautomatic tyre changer designed for tyre specialists. It allows to operate on oversize and “racing” tyres. It is suitable for car
and light commercial vehicle. It is equipped with star-shaped turntable (12”-24” rim clamping from outside, 14”-26”from inside) with
double speed rotation system selectable by a manual switch, overengineered back tilting pole (tilting control by pedal), equipped with
a built-in system for locking/adjusting the operating arm (41mm Ø) according to horizontal/vertical bending stress, pneumatic system
for lifting/lowering the operating arm, adjustable bead-breaker with double-effect pneumatic cylinder and parallelogram system to
keep it always perpendicular to wheel side, automatic adjustment of the distance between rim and mounting head, inflating gun and
extractable pedal unit for an easy servicing. The machine is delivered complete with plastic protections for mounting head, clamps and
bead lifting lever to avoid any damage to the rim during tyre mounting and demounting.

It requires only compressed air supply and ensures easy and fast operations
on this new wheels, thanks to its innovating ergonomy and to its wheel locking
