Réponse: Vous n'êtes pas obligé d'avoir un système de batterie dans les endroits où il y a un réseau urbain. Cependant, il est
obligatoire d'utiliser une alimentation de secours (batterie) dans les zones avec des coupures de courant ou dans toutes les
conditions où il n'y a pas de source d'énergie.
Question: Est-il nécessaire d'utiliser un onduleur ?
Réponse: L'onduleur est obligatoire pour convertir l'énergie sous une forme utilisable. En particulier, l'utilisation d'onduleurs
de haute qualité est essentielle pour l'efficacité et la sécurité.
Question: Que faire en cas de dysfonctionnement ?
Réponse: Il a été pensé pour être CONVIVIAL et sa conception a été préparée dans cet esprit. En cas de dysfonctionnement
du système, le code de dysfonctionnement s'affiche sur le panneau de commande. Lorsque le service client WHATSAPP, qui
sera accessible 24h/24 et 7j/7, sera contacté, le code d'erreur sera communiqué ou la photo du panneau sera envoyée, les
processus nécessaires seront transmis à l'utilisateur et le problème sera résolu.
Question: Combien de systèmes (kw) sont nécessaires pour une maison ?
Réponse: Il suffira d'installer un système de 2-3 kW pour une maison.
Question: Comment est assurée la mesure de sécurité en cas de danger ?
Réponse: La procédure de production du système est basée sur une sécurité à 100 %. Les boutons de sécurité sont
positionnés sur les 4 côtés du système pour une réponse plus rapide en cas de danger éventuel. Dès que l'un des boutons
est enfoncé, le système entre en mode de protection.
Dans le système, nous avons également des extincteurs de 5 kg et des véhicules de série contre la menace d'incendie.
Question: Le système sera-t-il affecté par des conditions météorologiques extrêmement chaudes ou froides ?
Réponse: En réponse aux différentes températures de l'air et aux changements d'air, la surface intérieure du système est
recouverte en standard de produits d'isolation spéciaux. Avec cette isolation fournie, les performances de travail restent
stables.
Question: Quelle est la durée de vie de la batterie ?
Réponse: Les matériaux de production ont été choisis en tenant compte des normes de qualité les plus élevées. Les
batteries que nous utilisons dans le système sont un modèle de la marque VARTA, appelé AGM, spécialement préparé pour
les systèmes solaires. En l'absence d'erreur de l'utilisateur, la durée de vie moyenne de nos batteries est de 8 ans.
Question: Y aura- t-il un changement dans l'énergie que je produis entre les saisons ?
Réponse: Oui. L'énergie que vous produirez en été est au niveau maximum et diminue les autres mois.
Question: Quelles sont les périodes de garantie ?
Réponse: Les panneaux photovoltaïques bénéficient d'une garantie d'usine de 5 ans et d'une garantie de performance de 25
ans.
Question: Y a-t-il des types d'appareils que vous n'alimenterez pas ?
Réponse: Oui. Nous n'autorisons généralement pas les charges importantes fonctionnant en continu telles que les
climatiseurs, les équipements électriques de cuisson, les grands projecteurs et autres appareils à forte consommation
d'énergie qui fonctionnent en continu. Cependant, il peut y avoir des exceptions . Ces charges doivent être discutées au cas
par cas.
