Le projet EMISE+ (European Manager In Social Economy) a pour ambition de contribuer à une stratégie européenne autour de l’en trepreneuriat social, à travers trois objectifs généraux : • Concrétiser, autour des compétences clés de l'entrepreneur social, le cadre européen de certification ; • Renforcer la coopération transnationale entre le monde de l'éducation et celui de l'emploi ; • Identifier et valoriser différentes mesures de l’impact social produit. Il est porté par un consortium d’acteurs : le centre de formation Arobase (FR), le groupe coopératif CGM (IT), la Cité de l’Autre Économie (FR), le réseau d’économie solidaire XES (ES), l’Université de Pecs (HU), et le Réseau Européen des Villes & Régions de l’Économie Sociale REVES (BE). Le projet EMISE+ est cofinancé par le programme européen Erasmus+ 2015-2018, action-clé « Coopération en matière d’innovation et d’échanges de bonnes pratiques - Partenariats stratégiques pour la formation et l’enseignement professionnels ». The main direction of my study was to catch the changes in the life of the community. Since this form of social impact measurement has resulted in a very new approach, the realization of the research was a real methodological challenge. I could collect a wide range of data collection techniques used that allowed the application of qualitative and quantitative methods together. My advices for the social cooperatives: search the options of collaboration with the members of the other sectors and other social cooperatives, advocacy in blocs, high quality products and services, conscious, planned operation.
