Conditions of participation

By taking part in the MAMMUT “Local Adventure Challenge”, you confirm availability, knowledge
and acceptance of the following conditions of participation on your behalf.

How to enter: Share your local adventure on Instagram (www.instagram.com) and share it with
MAMMUT by tagging @mammut_swiss1862 and using the hashtag #localadventurechallenge or
by recording an activity on Strava (www.strava.com) and sharing it with the Mammut Strava Club
(https://www.strava.com/clubs/512154). On both Instagram and Strava only entries from public
profiles will be considered for this competition. The competition starts Monday, June 8 and ends
on Sunday, July 19.

Main prize: An adventure trip to Switzerland worth 5,000 euros.
The prize consists of three vouchers with a maximum total value of 5,000 EUR. One voucher
valued at 3,000 EUR by the Switzerland Travel Centre (https://switzerlandtravelcentre.com/) can
be used freely for any offer on their website, with the exclusion for residents of Switzerland to
purchase a Swiss Travel Pass. (https://switzerlandtravelcentre.com/en/che/swiss-travel-passes).
One voucher valued at 1,000 EUR by the Mammut Alpine School
(https://www.mammutalpineschool.com/) can be used freely for any offer on their website. One
voucher valued at 1,000 EUR by MAMMUT (https://www.mammut.com/) can be used freely for
any product offers on their website.

2nd prize: a sleeping bag of your choice from the new Recovery Series.
You can choose any sleeping bag from one of the three categories, RELAX, PERFORM or
PROTECT from the new MAMMUT Recovery Series (https://www.mammut.com/cat/3050/).
Availability cannot be guaranteed. If a particular sleeping bag is no longer in stock, MAMMUT
reserves the right to exchange it for another one of similar value.

3rd prize: a backpack of your choice from the innovative Ducan Spine Series.
You can choose any backpack from the MAMMUT Ducan Spine Series
(https://www.mammut.com/search/?q=ducan%20spine). Availability cannot be guaranteed. If a
particular backpack is no longer in stock, MAMMUT reserves the right to exchange it for another
one of similar value.

Closing date and other conditions:

The closing date is Sunday, July 19, 2020 (at 11:59 pm).
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Participation is open to all individuals age 18 or over.
Employees of Mammut Sports Group AG and Mammut Sports Group GmbH and their relatives
are not eligible to take part. Cash payments are not permitted; there shall be no legal recourse.

There will be no correspondence about the prize draw. Winners will be contacted by email or
direct message no later than Friday, July 31, 2020. Prizes that have not been confirmed by the
winner at the latest two weeks after receiving email notification of the win shall be forfeited with
no entitlement to replacement and another winner may be drawn.

MAMMUT reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion in the event of false
information, manipulations or use of impermissible assistance. MAMMUT reserves the right to
end or suspend the promotion at any time. In particular, this applies in the event of circumstances
which would disrupt or prevent the orderly running of the promotion.

Teilnahmebedingungen

Im Rahmen der Teilnahme an der «Local Adventure Challenge» von MAMMUT bestätigst du für
dich die Verfügbarkeit, Kenntnisnahme und Zustimmung zu den folgenden
Teilnahmebedingungen.

So nimmst du teil: Teile dein lokales Abenteuer auf Instagram (www.instagram.com) und
informiere MAMMUT, indem du @mammut_swiss1862 tagst und den Hashtag
#localadventurechallenge verwendest oder indem du eine Aktivität auf Strava registrierst
(www.strava.com) und diese mit dem Mammut Strava Club teilst
(https://www.strava.com/clubs/512154). Sowohl auf Instagram als auch auf Strava werden nur
Teilnahmen über öffentliche Profile für diesen Wettbewerb berücksichtigt. Der Wettbewerb startet
am Montag, den 8. Juni, und endet am Sonntag, den 19. Juli.

Hauptpreis: Ein Abenteuertrip in die Schweiz im Wert von 5 000 Euro.
Der Preis besteht aus drei Gutscheinen mit einem maximalen Wert von 5 000 EUR. Ein
Gutschein im Wert von 3 000 EUR vom Switzerland Travel Centre
(https://switzerlandtravelcentre.com/) kann nach Belieben für alle Angebote auf deren Website
eingelöst werden. Nur der Kauf eines Swiss Travel Pass für Personen mit Wohnsitz in der

2. Preis: Ein Schlafsack deiner Wahl aus der neuen Recovery Serie.
Wähle einen beliebigen Schlafsack aus einer der drei Kategorien: RELAX, PERFORM oder

Verfügbarkeit kann nicht garantiert werden. Wenn ein bestimmter Schlafsack nicht mehr auf

Lager ist, behält MAMMUT sich das Recht vor, ihn gegen einen anderen mit einem ähnlichen
Wert auszutauschen.

3. Preis: Ein Rucksack deiner Wahl aus der innovativen Ducan Spine Serie.

werden. Wenn ein bestimmter Rucksack nicht mehr auf Lager ist, behält MAMMUT sich das
Recht vor, ihn gegen einen anderen mit einem ähnlichen Wert auszutauschen.

Teilnahmeschluss und andere Bedingungen:

Der Teilnahmeschluss ist am Sonntag, den 19. Juli 2020 (23:59 Uhr).
Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und hat keine Kaufverpflichtungen zur Folge. Zur Teilnahme
berechtigt sind alle natürlichen Personen ab 18 Jahren. Die Mitarbeitenden der Mammut Sports
Group AG und Mammut Sports Group GmbH sowie deren Verwandte sind von einer Teilnahme
ausgeschlossen. Bargeldzahlungen sind nicht zulässig. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Über
die Preisverlosung wird keine Korrespondenz geführt. Die Gewinner werden spätestens am
Freitag, den 31. Juli 2020, per E-Mail oder Direktnachricht kontaktiert. Preise, die innerhalb von
zwei Wochen nach Eingang der E-Mail-Benachrichtigung nicht vom Gewinner bestätigt wurden,
verfallen, ohne Recht auf Ersatz und es wird ein anderer Gewinner ausgelost.

MAMMUT behält sich das Recht vor, Teilnehmende aufgrund von falschen Angaben,
Manipulationen oder Verwendung unerlaubter Hilfsmittel vom Wettbewerb auszuschliessen.
MAMMUT behält sich vor, den Wettbewerb jederzeit zu beenden oder zu unterbrechen. Dies gilt
insbesondere beim Vorliegen von Gründen, die einen planmässigen Ablauf des Wettbewerbs
stören oder verhindern würden.

concours. Le concours commence le lundi 8 juin et se termine le dimanche 19 juillet.

Premier prix : un voyage en Suisse d’une valeur de 5 000 euros.

Date de clôture et autres conditions :

La date de clôture est fixée au dimanche 19 juillet 2020 (à 23 h 59).
La participation est gratuite et sans obligation d’achat. Est autorisée à participer toute personne
physique âgée de 18 ans ou plus, à l’exception des collaborateurs de Mammut Sports Group AG
et Mammut Sports Group GmbH et leurs proches. Aucun versement en espèces ne sera fait, tout
recours en justice est exclu. Le jeu-concours ne fait l’objet d’aucune correspondance. Les
gagnants seront contactés par e-mail au plus tard le vendredi 31 juillet 2020. Les prix non
confirmés par le gagnant dans les deux semaines suivant la notification du gain par e-mail ou par
message direct seront déclarés perdus sans obligation de remplacement et un autre gagnant
pourra être tiré au sort.

MAMMUT se réserve le droit d’exclure des participants de l’offre promotionnelle s’ils ont recours
à de fausses informations, à des manipulations ou à des moyens illicites. MAMMUT se réserve le

droit de mettre un terme à l’offre promotionnelle ou de l’interrompre à tout moment, notamment
en présence de raisons de nature à perturber ou empêcher son bon déroulement.
