Only Install the Jogger when the trailer is unoccupied. Engage the parking brake on your trailer and
detach the trailer tow bar. (See your trailer manual for instructions for removing the tow bar.)
1. Observe [Figure 1] to see completed installation. Note the inward curve of the bars, and the
downward facing towbar mounts. You will install the arms first one at a time, and then insert the
wheel.
2. To install the arms you must first open the wheelguards. Squeeze buttons (2a) on top and bottom of
wheelguard to open (Figure 2).
3. Slide the arms into the receiver until holes (3a) and (3b) are aligned [Figure 3].
4. Insert the safety pin from the top through the aligned holes [Figure 4] and lock the pin closed. Then
close the wheelguard until it clicks.
5. The arm is now secured by both the safety pin and wheelguard. Make sure the pin is locked closed
as shown [Figure 5].
6. Insert the quick release lever skewer through the hub of the wheel, making sure there is a spring
on either side of the hub. Screw the nut on loosely [Figure 6].
7. Place the wheel in the wheel dropouts [Figure 7].
8. With the QR handle perpendicular to the wheel, tighten the nut so that you feel resistance halfway
through closing the lever. Do not tighten the quick release lever by spinning the lever. Figure 8
9. Close the quick release lever. The lever should point to the rear of the Jogger.
10. Make sure your handlebar is at the right height for jogging. If necessary, adjust the handlebar to a
better height.
11. Make your final adjustments. Check that the wheel is aligned upright at 90° [Figure 8]. If it is not,
loosen the bolts on the sides of the wheel dropouts, align the wheel and then tighten the bolts. If
you have any questions about these adjustments, please contact your Authorized Burley Dealer.
Attaching the Wrist Tether
Around the handlebar center, slide the tether strap end through the loop on the other end of the strap
and tighten securely.

JOGGER KIT 8Das Jogging-Set an Ihrem Anhänger montieren

Den Sicherungsriemen für das Handgelenk montieren

3. Faites glisser les bras dans le réceptacle jusqu’à ce que les orifices (3a) et (3b) soient alignés (Figure 3).
4. Insérez la broche de sécurité depuis le haut en passant par les orifices alignés (Figure 4) et fermez la broche de manière à ce qu’elle émette un « clic ».
5. Le bras est à présent sécurisé par la broche de sécurité et le garde-roue. Vérifiez que la broche est bien fermée, comme indiqué (Figure 5).
6. Insérez le levier de blocage rapide dans le moyeu de la roue et vérifiez la présence du ressort de chaque côté de ce dernier. Vissez l’écrou sans serrer (Figure 6).
7. Placez la roue dans les pattes (Figure 7).
8. À l’aide de la poignée QR placée perpendiculairement à la roue, serrez l’écrou de manière à sentir une résistance, soit à mi-chemin de la fermeture totale du levier. Ne
serrez pas le levier de serrage rapide en le faisant tourner.
9. Fermez le levier de serrage rapide. Ce dernier doit pointer ver l’arrière du kit jogging.
10. Vérifiez que le guidon soit à une hauteur convenant à la pratique du jogging. Si nécessaire, ajustez-le.
11. Effectuez les derniers ajustements. Vérifiez que la roue soit alignée à 90° à la verticale (Figure 8). Si tel n’est pas le cas, desserrez les boulons sur les côtés des pattes de
la roue, alignez cette dernière et resserrez les boulons. Pour toute question sur ces ajustements, contactez votre revendeur Burley homologué.
Arrimage du cordon de poignet
Autour de la partie centrale du guidon, faites glisser l’extrémité de la sangle du cordon par la boucle située à l’autre extrémité de la sangle, puis serrez bien.
Maintenance
Vérifiez que tous les écrous et boulons sont bien sécurisés. Pour toute question sur le fonctionnement et la maintenance de votre kit jogging, contactez votre revendeur
Burley homologué.
