Rapport du Président Mondial :
- Le président ouvre la séance Européenne et s excuse auprès du Président De la Pologne pour sa
prise de parole avant lui.
Il explique qu' on lui a détecté une tumeur cancéreuse au foie qui a été prise au début et a été traitée
par « chimioambolisation » hôpital de nancy. résultats à venir…
Si quelque chose de grave lui arrive, à la vue des vrais statuts déposés en France, il demande à Me
Baugnies de régler le problème de succession et fait confiance au groupe pour s’entendre.

Avenant à préciser à Monde mais déjà demandé par la majorité des nations wpf présentes à
Europe :
article 1 : dès lors qu’un athlète est résidant dans une nation mais d’origine autre, si celui ci
participe à une sélection de la nation d’accueil et que l’athlète est sélectionné (e) pour une
complétion wpf Europe ou univers, il doit 2 années à la nation d’accueil sans pouvoir participer
avec son pays d’origine.
Cet avenant au règlement initial de la wpf s’adresse aux athlètes qui sont sélectionnés, si l’athlète
n’est pas sélectionné dans son pays d’accueil il peut se rabattre dans son pays d’origine.
les nations concernées devront appliquer le règlement dès le univers 2018.

Chaque président est validé par le président mondial pour son pays.
Celui-ci gère sa propre fédération nationale comme il l'entend, en toute démocratie, selon les règles
associatives régies par la règle Européenne du Sport. L 411-1
Le président est responsable sur le site de la compétition de ses athlètes en matière d’attitudes ou
de dégâts éventuels occasionnés.
