P assionate about the sea, Swiss couple Patricia and
Dario Ruffini fell in love with the MY 40 which was
launched at the famous Düsseldorf Boat Show in
Germany. “My husband and I had wanted a boat for a long
time. We were looking for a catamaran with elegant lines
and colours with maximum onboard comfort!” explains
Patricia Ruffini, before adding that they chose a model
coloured black, grey and white.
Once their dream became a reality, the new owners were deter-
mined to enjoy it to the full last summer. They travelled along
the Portuguese and Spanish coastlines on their brand new boat,
named Beluga in tribute to the famous little white whale. From
Portugal, they first set off for Cadiz, then onto southern Spain
to visit their three grandchildren, before making for the Balearic
