The Binitord cellar has seven hectares of vineyards planted in the area south of
Ciutadella, halfway to the Artrutx lighthouse, which provides it with a production

A cellar that recovered its winemaking tradition in Menorca with the master
winemaker Crispín Mariano, who started working on his vineyards again in 1985.

Located on the oldest geological land of Menorca, they occupy 3.5 hectares of
the S’Estància Alta des Mercadal estate, four kilometres from the town. They are
planted at the top of some sloping land, the soil being clayey with slate and sandy.

A cellar owned by the Solano Molins family, with a presence in Menorca since

commercialisation, coinciding with the construction of the cellar.

The vineyards are located on the Cugollonet Nou estae in Sant Climent, in the
southeast of the island, on a stony and calcareous terrain. In 2003 they planted
two hectares with the cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah, ull de llebre varieties
and the white variety of chardonnay. In 2012 they added half a hectare more of
chardonnay and prensal blanc.

Cellar owned by the Urtasun family that forms par t of a winemaking project
of signature cellars along with the other two also in existence in the regions
of La Rioja and Ribera del Duero under the guidance of the leading oenologist
José Ramón Lissarrague.

They have seventeen hectares located within a farming estate, halfway between
Sant Climent and the urbanisation of Cala en Porter, which have experienced

        with skins from the press, fermented in
